NP Rajdeep was awesome. Very sweet, thorough and listened to my concerns. Very good bedside manner. I love the Herndon and Milburn location, I live on the other side of town and always go to this location due to how kind the staff is and all the doctors and NP actually listen to your concerns.

I took my 2.5-year-old son to urgent care, and we had a great experience. The place is very clean and well organized. The doctor was very nice, calm, and patient — he took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. I really appreciate how gentle and kind he was with my child. Highly recommend this urgent care!

This was my second visit to this urgent care. During my first visit, I was seen by Dr. Green, who was attentive, professional, and provided excellent care. Unfortunately, my second visit was a very different experience. I was seen by NP Raul Rodriguez, and the interaction was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. From the moment he entered the room, I felt judged and body shamed. He repeatedly referenced my BMI and implied that my pain was related solely to my weight, rather than taking the time to listen to my symptoms or concerns. At one point, he asked me what I thought was wrong with me, which I found dismissive and unprofessional. He also stated that if I was truly in that much pain, I should have gone to the emergency room, which made me feel further invalidated rather than supported. After that comment, I no longer felt comfortable continuing the conversation. I later overheard him telling another nurse that he “tried to explain” things to me but that I “wouldn’t listen,” which was upsetting and not an accurate reflection of the interaction. Overall, the experience lacked empathy, professionalism, and appropriate bedside manner. I believe patients deserve to feel heard and respected, especially when they are in pain, and this experience fell far short of that expectation.

Rajdeep was very attentive and friendly. She thoroughly looked at my injured shoulder. Gave me a pain and steroid shot and set up my X-ray for the same day. Service was very fast. All the staff were friendly.

I brought my son to urgent care because he got hit by a heavy duty water bottle. The doctor here was so sweet and informative. I would come to this urgent care again if needed.
