Ease at check in all staff extremely nice and greatly enjoyed the fast excellent service. I will always come here for my needs for an urgent care!! I rate this one of the best clinical urgent cares I’ve ever been too!! Clean in all areas and fast service!! Thank you for making me feel better!!

I went and I had let them know that I was feeling stomach pain and I was having a panic attack so if any way to let them know so I can just wait in the car she had said just let me process you real quick. Give me your ID and insurance and I was back there less than five minutes so They got me assesses me. It was very quick. I really love the doctor. She’s a white lady with bright blue eyes, she helped me out so much she understood me and what I was going through at that time in the moment I would recommend this place the staff everyone there is amazing and they treat you with care.

WARNING-YOU WILL BE CHARGED EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT SEEN BY A DOCTOR My husband came in to seen a doctor. We dont have insurance. The visit was $145 and any labs or test would be added at extra cost. We paid. We then had to sign a credit card payment authorization for any additional treatment. Then a arbitrary agreement. Nothing else. He gets called. They take his BP And O2 levels...put him in the room doctor should be in shortly. A bit later...doc opens the door introducing herself and says I am going to have to decline service to you. We dont treat for what you are here to be seen for. We said oookk. We dont have any way of doing any tests even if I gave him an exam I wouldn't be able to test for anything as we are not equipped to do anything like that. And we're walked out ...the doc never got past the door jamb. And the wont refund us our cash. Why? YAYA is the name of the manager. She has given us the run around ...hung up on us ...put us on hold for long periods of time. The staff members said this happens often. Its so unreal. Its theft really. I plan on seeking further assistance with the matter as there is some serious matters that I believe are possible to be illegal. So im checking on what can be done cause....I can see charging for a doctor visit when you dont get to actually be seen. So please check your charges...insurance to make sure you are being properly billed. Just a WARNING

I had a very positive experience at Accelerated Urgent Care Blackstone, and I feel it’s important to share a balanced perspective. From start to finish, the morning staff truly did the best they could to provide quality care. The providers Victoria Vang was excellent and genuinely focused on giving me the best care possible. They took the time to listen, asked thorough questions, and made sure the treatment they provided was appropriate based on my symptoms and medical history. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which is something I really appreciated. The front office ladies also deserve recognition. They were working hard to help patients with check-in and paperwork, answering questions, and navigating insurance information as efficiently as possible. Anyone who has ever worked in healthcare knows how complicated paperwork can be, and they were clearly doing their best to help everyone while keeping things moving. The back-office ladies were friendly and kind. From the medical assistants to everyone involved in care behind the scenes, they made the experience much more comfortable. Their compassion and positive attitude really stood out and made a stressful situation feel easier. I’ve seen reviews mentioning long wait times, but that’s something people should reasonably expect at an urgent care, not a primary care office. Urgent care providers have to gather all necessary information directly from the patient including current medications, medical history, and symptoms to ensure safe and appropriate treatment. That process takes time, especially when they’re being thorough and careful, which they should be. Overall, the team at Accelerated Urgent Care on Blackstone was professional, caring, and attentive. I’m grateful for the effort everyone put in to make sure I received the right care, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing urgent medical attention.

I would like to sincerely thank NP Navdeep Kaur for going above and beyond while taking care of my son, during his severe asthma exacerbation. From the moment we arrived, she treated him with so much compassion, patience, and professionalism. Navi was extremely thorough, attentive, and reassuring during a very stressful time for our family. She continuously monitored his condition, explained everything clearly, and made sure he was comfortable and receiving the best possible care. What truly stood out was her humble and kind personality, she genuinely cared about my son’s wellbeing and safety. She did not rush the process and made sure my son was stable, breathing comfortably, and safe before allowing him to go home. Her calm presence and dedication gave us so much confidence and peace of mind. Healthcare professionals like Navi Kaur make a real difference in patients’ lives. We are beyond grateful for her exceptional care, kindness, and dedication. 😊 .
