Michael Palms, FNP saw my mom today. He discussed her health conditions very thoroughly and took his time answering questions. He spoke to her in terms she can understand and convinced her to go to the emergency room to be seen. This was just an urgent care but we both love him so much, he is going to be her primary doctor!! He is kind and thorough. If you are looking for a new primary care provider (PCP) or just need and urgent care visit, I definitely recommend him.

I went into the office in pain and feeling anxious but was able to leave feeling cared for and with a weight lifted off of me. Everyone I spoke to in the office, from the two receptionists, the nurse, the doctor, the xray tech, exceeded my expectations and made a really rough appointment feel more comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this location to any of my friends or family.

Absolutely the best care received by NP Palms. I couldn't be any more grateful for such caring y efficient practitioner. I am definitely going to refer this practice to all my friends and people that need great medical care.

I have been seen by a lot of providers in the last 2 years and I can honestly say that Everyday Healthcare has the best! The staff here are just as wonderful. Together, they all make a great team and I am so happy to have found this place. Highly recommend!

I called ahead and the receptionist was really nice and polite. They got me in right away with a short wait time. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this urgent care.
