I usually have a positive experience at your clinic, but I would like to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered with one of the intake staff members, Lodous. When I began explaining my symptoms, she interrupted me and stated that the clinic could not see me for multiple concerns. Immediately afterward, she informed a colleague that she was going to take a break since they were “all caught up.” This interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I believe that when a patient is asked, “What brings you in today?” it is important to listen fully before determining the next steps. The decision about whether to address multiple issues should rest with the medical provider, not the intake staff. Unfortunately, it appeared that her focus was more on taking her break than on ensuring proper patient care. Additionally, I mentioned that I had previously been seen for multiple concerns in one visit and did not understand why that was not possible this time. She also made an inaccurate comparison between a spider bite and a cough—something I never mentioned (cough)—which made me feel further disregarded. Ultimately, I decided to seek care elsewhere due to the way I was treated. I wanted to share this experience in the hope that it will be addressed appropriately so that future patients are treated with the professionalism and respect your clinic is known for. I elected to come here opposed to scheduling an appt with my PCP. I scheduled an appt online, provided my insurance card and DL online to expedite the check in process. Got there, signed in and they called me up to ask for my insurance card and DL. I told the girl I already provided that online. She said they didn't get it. The girl sitting behind her got snippy and said "you have a co pay!" I told her I was well aware. I provided the necessary information again, signed and paid and was called back. I waited for like 30 minutes after my appt time to be seen. The MA was nice. Dr Cortez was good. Through, asked questions. Called in an antibiotic. I like how I got text messages that my script was called in. I was able to get it right after I left the urgent care. I had to go back a week later for the same issue. Check in was smoother maybe because it was Christmas Eve. Saw Dr Cortez again. Nice. Through. Told me not to worry. I had a culture sent in only to find out last week the specimen wasn't labeled so it wasn't tested. A little disappointing. GREAT DR, Staff, meh.

I was a little nervous to come here due to the many poor reviews. However, I had a great experience! I arrived first thing in the morning so they were able to see me very quickly. The MA America and the provider Samantha Gallo were each very kind and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. The front desk staff was also very nice. I would recommend trying this urgent care.

Used to be my favorite urgent care because the staff was always so friendly and I could get in quickly and not wait long. I will never return because they refused to see my 6 year old and even look at his ears (chief complaint was ear pain and drainage, no fever, no other symptoms and has a history of chronic ear infections) I politely declined it and and asked again for his ears to be checked first and the MA came back in and said the provider won't see him without a COVID/flu swab. Tell me you get money for COVID tests without telling me you get money for COVID tests.

Never come here. From staff lady is rude. Sign is says they are open until 9:00pm. Showed up at 8:30pm and got denied because they stop taking patients at 8:20pm.
