I have come various times to this urgent care...not for the convenience as it's far from my home...very far let's just say, but due to the excellent service from both Dr. Klug, nurses and his staff, I continue to take that drive to go back. I attended for the first time for services months ago, and keep coming back for my multiple medical needs as I have found Dr. Klug and the facility have met my expectations and standards for care with excellent bedside manners, which is rare now in days. I have found that most of my various medical issues could be addressed by Dr. Klug and the services offered at this facility, which has now expanded to X-ray too with very to little wait times. The Dr. Is always kind and welcoming even before I am placed in a room and the staff from reception to nurses are friendly and helpful...I even brought my 3 year old too and she had no fear with the Dr. and was an easy visit ....I can't thank them enough for their rare approachable bedside manners. I continue to drive out of my way for their continued trusted services and due to the excellent care! Highly recommend this Urgent care for your needs.

One of the most efficient urgent cares I’ve ever been to, if not the most efficient. I was there right at opening and was seen to within 10 minutes or so. They swabbed me for COVID/the flu (I wound up having the flu) and I waited only 20 minutes for the results. The doctor was kind and helpful, and they sent me to their pharmacy within the same building where I picked up my medication within another 20 minutes. All the staff were so kind and helpful and the building was pristine.

I had an unsatisfactory experience with Puneet Nijjar, NP. In my opinion, the provider demonstrated limited knowledge and skill in addressing my health concerns. I felt that my questions were not adequately answered, and my care did not meet professional expectations. I would recommend that this provider pursue additional training and experience to improve patient care.

I’m incredibly disappointed in my experience here today (11/19, around 2:15 pm). The waiting room was empty when I walked in but I was turned away within a minute (literally less than 60 seconds). There was one receptionist at the front and I immediately felt like I was bothering her upon entering and walking up to the desk. She didn’t greet me, and she barely bothered to make any eye contact during our interaction. I began explaining to her why I was there (head injury, possible concussion), to which her response was “where did it happen.” I said it happened at my place of work (the true location) but that I was not actually on the clock, or working and that I was going to be fully using my own insurance as it was an accident of my own fault (and again I was off the clock). She didn’t even give me an opportunity to explain or ask further questions before handing me a piece of paper of where else I could go. She was cold and seemed like she had better things to do than assist me. I told her I wouldn’t be using a third party insurance at all, to which she said “well we never know what could happen.” I am not typically one to leave reviews, nor take anything personal; but this interaction made me feel small and uncared for. It was jarring at the very least. I hope she is content in knowing she made a patient who was looking for help feel this way when half of her job is to be hospitable and help people. Leaving this so hopefully future patients are met with a little more respect and understanding down the road.

Staff was great. They were helpful and cordial. Dr Klug was professional, cordial and helpful. He listened to my concerns. I would recommend this urgent care and Dr. The office was very nice and clean.
