Overall my experience was very pleasant. I understand this type of establishment will always be busy (everyone needs treatment of some sort) however despite all that the waiting time was reasonable, given that walk-ins are allowed. The staff was both courteous and professional so in my opinion my experience was really good. I definitely appreciated the free snacks while waiting 😊👍

The staff and doctor were friendly and helpful. Sandra was amazing and very knowledgeable while taking my vitals, and she answered all of my questions clearly. The doctor was also professional and knowledgeable during my physical exam. Overall, everyone was professional and provided exceptional service. However, the only downside was the wait time. I was there for about two hours for my physical, which felt significantly long and a bit frustrating. That said, I appreciated that the staff noticed the delay and offered snacks and drinks to everyone in the lobby. They also acknowledged me and the other patients and reassured us that they would be with us shortly, which I thought was very considerate.

I visited the Concentra Fresno location for a physical and was thoroughly impressed. Usually, these visits can be a hassle, but the team here is top-notch. They were professional, welcoming, and moved me through the process with impressive speed without making me feel rushed. It was the most efficient medical visit I’ve had. Five stars for a great team!

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I came in for an employment screening and did everything right beforehand—I even called ahead to confirm that bringing my children was okay and explained exactly what I needed. I was clearly told kids were 100% allowed and that my visit would take about 30 minutes. That turned out to be a complete lie. I show up at 3:30 PM and suddenly I’m told the provider isn’t taking any more patients. After I explain this is literally the only day I can come in, they shove a link in my face and rudely tell me to fill it out—no explanation, no courtesy, just attitude. When it came time for the drug test, the nurse helping me was actually kind and professional—but that didn’t last long. Another employee from the front desk comes over with a nasty attitude and tells me they can’t help me because there’s “nowhere for my children to sit”…while they are literally sitting in a stroller. Then she has the nerve to ask how many kids I have after already seeing them. Completely unnecessary and disrespectful. But the worst part? An older man with gray hair—who I’m assuming is a physician comes over and calls my baby an “it.” He actually said I needed to “shut it up.” When I tried to explain that I had called ahead and was told children were allowed, he cut me off mid-sentence and told me to “give it something to fidget with,” then said the front desk was wrong and that he doesn’t allow children. Then he flat-out refused to do my physical. At that point I was beyond upset. I told them to stop everything and that I’d contact my employer to figure something else out. Suddenly they backtracked, and another physician stepped in someone who was actually compassionate, acknowledged my baby was crying, and tried to help instead of belittle me. And even after all that, while I’m checking out, that same older physician starts talking about me and my baby to the other doctor. When the other physician responded kindly, saying they love babies, this man got visibly irritated and stormed out. This entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and blatantly disrespectful. The lack of communication is bad enough, but the way I and especially my child were treated is completely unacceptable. No one should be spoken to like that, especially in a medical setting. I will never come back here, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this place with anything.

All though it was packed with people my visit was quick. The lady's at the front desk were nice and well mannered. The nurse who helped me out was cool too. Best regards to the business.
