I was referred to Concentra for physical examination by an agency that wants to hire me. I was in a hurry as I had other places to visit and I asked how long it would take for me to be attended to. I was told between 45mins to 2hrs because I met a lot of people there. I wanted to leave and come back as I was advised by a staff not to as they won’t give me preference if I should come back so I would start afresh. I decided to wait and within 20mins I was called up for my examination. The examination was swift but thorough. I want to say that they are very serious minded in carrying out their duties.

From the receptionist to the CNA to the Physician and the intake lady, everyone was excellent. Friendly and professional. I came here for my pre-employment drug screening and physical. They were kind, informative and actually pretty expedient for the entire process! And, my employer received their report in a speedy time. I would recommend this facility for any of your health needs. Thanks for a great experience.

It was a very busy day that I was seen at this clinic. They were so very welcoming. And they gave me an expected wait time because they were so busy. I appreciate that as I knew what to expect. I chose to wait and was pleasantly surprised as the wait was not as long as I expected. They had to work really hard to see all of the patients there in a timely manner. I would definitely return here for service. Thank you so much!

I was there about 3 hours. I'm the bank when I was waiting for paperwork. All the seats are full of people waiting for paperwork. There is 1 person doing the paper work. The supervisor did not pitch in and help. The MA printing out the paperwork moved WITHOUT URGENCY, like a sloth. Spoke to a couple of cops workers about coco and something else, while all the people WAIT. Supervisor, at the other computer does not help but walks over to the MA and asked if she did end of week numbers. It's not a good look. The supervisor sent some one to break. The supervisor should have helped out to get the people out the door. My medical assistant was AWESOME and kind. I seen her again on Monday to read my TB and she remembered me. She was a delight. The supervisor needs to get it together and help her staff.

Very nice and professional. The Doctor I had can be a bit more not so serious. Maybe she was having a long busy day. But yes I am satisfied with their care.
