I recently visited the urgent care for a bone density scan. Overall, the visit was satisfactory; however I would like to provide feedback regarding the communication style of the staff member who performed the test; Mike. While waiting in the hallway prior to my appointment, I could hear the technician speaking continuously to another patient throughout the duration of her scan. The conversation appeared one-sided, with limited opportunity for patient participation. Observing this caused some apprehension about my own experience. During the scan, a similar dynamic occured. The technician engaged in continuous conversation, which limited my ability to respond and left me feeling mentally fatigued afterward. I believe it is important to recognize that for some patients, excessive conversation during medical procedures may be overstimulating or public to others. In certain situations, a quieter or more reserved approach may be more appropriate and supportive of patient comfort and privacy.

Wonderful experience! Clean office and comfortable atmosphere. What an amazing team! Andrea, Alex, and Sandra Lee were all so caring, compassionate and professional. I was well informed during my entire visit and very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam. PAC Sandra Lee was personable, patient, and clearly explained the diagnosis and follow up treatment. I was given exceptional care above and beyond, and was never rushed (especially being I was the last patient of the day, actually evening).

I had the pleasure of being seen by NP Beth during an urgent care visit, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of care she provided. She demonstrated a rare combination of confidence and compassion from the moment she entered the room. She was clearly knowledgeable and experienced, which immediately put me at ease, but what stood out even more was how genuinely caring and attentive she was. In today's fast-paced medical environment—especially in urgent care, where the focus often feels rushed and impersonal—NP Beth took the time to listen, explain, and treat me with kindness and respect. I never felt like “just another patient.” Her calm demeanor and thoughtful approach made a stressful situation manageable and even comforting. NP Beth is a true professional; I’m grateful to have been under her care. She sets a high standard for what healthcare should look like.

Since the time I arrived I was treated in a kind and professional manner. I was a walk-in and did not have to wait long. Without going into details; I knew my medical care would be painful however Jessica Summers, PA was AWESOME through the whole procedure. Extremely patient and always caring about my comfort! BTW I wish I knew her nurse’s name because she was GREAT! Thank you North West Urgent Care; starting with the Security person that first greeted me, the Receptionist who was pleasant while checking me in and Jessica, your PA; your staff was AMAZING!👍😊

I had a really good experience at this urgent care. The lady at the front desk was very busy, but very polite towards me and everyone on the phone and who walked in. I was in and out relatively fast. It was cold and rainy and I had to wait outside while waiting to be tested for Covid. That was the only negative thing, but I still understand why that is the procedure since I had symptoms. The assistant who took my blood pressure was very kind, and the doctor was nice as well.
