I have been a patient at Prestige for the last six years, and I believe I was one of their very first patients when they opened during the COVID pandemic in 2020. Since then, I have had nothing but positive experiences with both Dr. Molly and Dr. Bashir. During one of the most difficult times in healthcare, they showed extraordinary compassion, dedication, and professionalism, especially toward older and medically complicated patients. I personally witnessed the level of care they gave not only to me, but to many other patients throughout the years. Even just sitting in the waiting room, I could see the care, love, and respect Dr. Molly gives every patient. I have spoken with many patients there who adore her just as much as I do. Not only am I a patient, but so are my two children, my husband, my husband’s family, several friends, and even neighbors. We all continue going to Prestige because we truly believe they are the best, not only in Fresno County, but among the best medical providers I have ever encountered anywhere. I moved from Arizona, and before that I lived in Idaho, and I have never experienced this level of medical care, attention, and professionalism. Everything at Prestige has always been smooth, organized, and respectful, from the doctors to the staff to the billing process. Dr. Molly is truly exceptional. She is compassionate, intelligent, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. She was the only doctor who was able to truly help me through my complicated health issues. Sometimes I do not even feel comfortable calling her “Dr. Molly” because she feels more like family to me. What I appreciate most is her honesty and conservative medical judgment. While other providers quickly pushed surgeries, procedures, and pain management, she always carefully guided me toward what was truly necessary and advised against things that were not in my best interest. Her recommendations have always been thoughtful, clear, and correct. She did not just treat me , she helped save my life and helped save my family from losing me as their mother. I will never leave this practice, and I sincerely hope Dr. Molly stays here forever. I always tell her, “Please never leave us. We cannot survive without you.” If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Dr. Molly has truly gone above and beyond for our family for many years, and we are so grateful to have her as our doctor. She genuinely cares and it shows in every visit. She has seen both of my children since they were just days old — through healthy checkups, bumps and boo-boos, and everything in between. She always takes the time to listen, never rushes us, and makes us feel completely supported. Her referrals to specialty doctors have also been excellent and have worked out very well for our family. I also deeply appreciate her respect for our choice not to receive the COVID vaccine and her support through the pandemic. She was also in charge of all of my postpartum care for both my babies, and I always felt well cared for and in good hands. If I could give one tip, it would be to avoid booking on Mondays if possible — since this is also an urgent care, appointments can run longer. Booking later in the week and as early in the day as possible has always worked best for us. We truly hope to have Dr. Molly as our doctor for a very long time. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and an incredible physician. Highly recommend. 💛

I found this place through Google due to it being nearby. It was 5 minutes from my house. Nice area, Dr. Molly is a very pleasant doctor… but I feel she moves quickly.. she’s very busy, so I get it. But I felt brushed off a couple times.. not in a rude way but in the way of “it’s nothing, you’ll be alright” sort of way. But she’s not the issue.. I wish I would’ve read reviews prior to coming here because the billing is insanity! My first bill was outrageous.. I called to set up a payment plan and was told they’d collect a certain amount per month. That was NOT THE CASE! They had increased my bill, and started charging me BIWEEKLY INSTEAD OF MONTHLY without my consent. On top of that the front desk would schedule appointments I never agreed to and I had to cancel because apparently they charge $100 if you cancel 24 hours before an appointment. And appointments I never agreed to! I’m not sure if their billing is accurate but I called them and told them to IMMEDIATELY decrease my amount withdrawn since it has now shot up to an insane amount, and to send me a statement with the breakdown of what I’m paying because $500 sounds ridiculous for only a couple of visits. The person I spoke to (Tay) said he would have all of the info sent to me via email and has yet to have sent anything over. I’m beginning to think there is something very wrong going on at this office. Please save your money and go elsewhere.. it’s obviously worth more than your health at this practice.

I’ve had a great experience at Prestige Urgent Care. The front office staff is consistently professional, friendly, and efficient, which immediately sets a positive tone when you walk in. I especially want to highlight Dr. Molly. I liked her so much that I chose to make her my primary care doctor. She is extremely thorough and genuinely takes the time to analyze what’s going on with you, rather than rushing through an appointment. She really pays attention to how medications are affecting you and makes sure everything is at the correct dose. She creates an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, explains things clearly, and helps you understand what the best option is for you. She’s very friendly but also has a no-nonsense, practical approach, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend Prestige Urgent Care.

Dr Molly and staff are amazing! This is the best Urgent Care I have been to. From the minute you walk in the door they take care of you! Highly recommend
