I felt very uncomfortable going into this place. The patient side was empty and the employee side of the window had 10 employees just sitting on their phones and staring at me. I haven't been to a doctor's in years and thought I could find some help here. The whole experience was uncomfortable and embarrassing thinking im the talk of the day at there office. I just recieved a call from one of the receptionist... absolutely no help at all and very rude. I tried to ask what the appointment would be for and she had an attitude and got irritated that she had to repeat what she said which was no help because I already heard it the first time. I dont go to the doctors because im a single father with lots of bills. If im not working im not making money. I had some time away from my kids to try to get some help but i can't stand when people have attitude because I don't work in the same profession and I dont understand so I ask a question

Had a pretty bad experience here. The provider was seemingly rude and uncompassionate. I felt like the staff was passive aggressive like I was at the DMV. The reception staff was really nice and the medical assistant was too. I don’t think I’ll ever come here again. Someone recommended the Clovis St. Agnes urgent care for next time.

Absolutely terrible! Made an appointment and wait time was acceptable, however the PA was awful. He interrupted me several times then proceeded to tell me only yes or no answers. Seemed odd since some answers do need more clarification. The assistant who brought me to the room was exceptional and actually listened. Called the next day to follow up because my ultrasound was not ordered… was on hold for 28 minutes!! Unacceptable!

The MA at the front on 12/21 was absolutely one of the very best we have ever come across. I know most will post when something negative occurs however this post is the very complete opposite. Brought my daughter in for a sick visit as it is a sunday and her primary doctor is closed. Not once did we feel rushed or judged or like we were a burden as many and most places and MA's make you feel. Thank you for being an absolute delight and may many learn from your example.

Went here with a 4 day fever, chills, congestion, shortness of breath, etc. Doc said “no big deal don’t wanna waste money on a xray that’s not needed here’s so meds” felt unsure, followed up with my primary, got diagnosed with pneumonia. Kinda outrageous!
