Updated. Read till the end: I have been attending this clinic for both medical and dental purposes and wow. They are amazing. They see you in a timely fashion, really friendly, clean environment. To the point! No one wants to be at a clinic for hours on end. They do what they have to and send you on your way. Love the doctors here, dentists as well. Lindsey was really nice, she just moved to Clovis.. but I’m sure Edith with be just as good. Dr. H Leung too, he is funny and attentive. Best dentist I have found in area. They rescheduled me with Mark: and he was a bit standoffish. Didn’t resolve anything with him. He made me feel weird about going to get my health checked. Which is the opposite of what a Dr. is suppose to do. Welp I had to switch to Omni - because all the good ones left.

Worst experience at the urgent care for my son with the receptionist… not only once but twice… the cholita tatted up with no eyebrows and the awful attitude. The dr was nice though. I excused the first interaction as a bad day (we all have them)… but to laugh at my autistic son who is in pain after the dr ordered an xray so we went back to get it and she laughed and told him you can’t just get an xray 🤦🏻‍♀️ I said okay well, the dr ordered it and told us to come back and get it. She said you have to make an appointment with an attitude and looked at us like we were crazy and should just know. So I said okayyy then can I make an appointment? And she did but for like a week later. We ended up taking him to Clovis community instead. My son has medi-cal due to being on the autism spectrum and if we were able to go to any other urgent care we definitely would have!… to sit there and laugh at an autistic kid in pain is disgusting and I will be reporting this place to the medical board. This woman should not be working with the public at all.

The DENTAL care at UHC 1st & Bullard is AMAZING. Dr. Leung is THE BEST DENTIST IN FRESNO - very gentle, very honest and very personable! Loved getting my new dentures here!!! The office staff is very busy but always took an extra moment to make sure I was 'taken care of'. The dental assistants are attentive and friendly - always felt comfortable through all the work they did. Would HIGHLY RECCOMEND getting dental care here! Thank you Dr. Leung, Michelle, Angelica & everyone there!

First time here. Walked in, front desk immediately starts yelling at those in line to sign in at the kiosk. Someone walks up to ask a question and she yells questions and concerns need to be signed in at the kiosk. I sign in at the kiosk wait 45 min finally go up and ask what is taking so long and I'm told I'm at the wrong office, specialty is next door. If they have different offices, next door to each other, they should get rid of the kiosk and rude receptionist and let ppl go up and ask questions. *currently listening to the receptionist in the specialty office talk about how they can see if their clients are checked in at the wrong office, if that's the case why didn't they tell the office or reach out to us? Why is it so hard to not be rude when you work as a receptionist and your office has made a mistake? Won't return to this office again. Dr.Bashir was nice and informative. Hopefully the doctors can speak to their staff and change policies about first time clients and it should get better for future patients.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. Like many others who have left comments, my experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Today was my fourth attempt to contact them, and once again, I was put on hold for over an hour without any explanation. Additionally, I have noticed that the nurses are often busy chatting among themselves, which contributes to overcrowding and slower service. It is clear that this clinic needs a complete overhaul, starting with the administrator. I urge the administration to take these comments seriously and make significant changes, including possibly replacing the administrator, to improve patient care. Patients deserve efficient, respectful, and professional service.
