I went in emergency because of my pelvic pain.I had to see Jasmine and she is very professional, very simple and very sober and I have not seen such a doctor in United Health Center till now. Most of the time I am unsatisfied coming from there but today I was completely satisfied. She answered all my questions with great patience which no doctor had given till now. She did not feel irritate at all even i asked any question three time she answered me calmaly . If I asked onsomeyhing , she explained it to me so deeply, then I am very happy and please keep such doctors in your center so that our problems can be solved. Thank you.

Dentist appointment joke I made an appointment to hsve a chip tooth fix . An i spent more time making the appointment then more time waiting to see the Dentist for them yo do nothing. I had teerh filled before takes in not even in their 30min. Then they send me to the mark and Ashland location to get it done 2 weeks later. The day of the appointment the office call they want reschedule it for a month later for a 20min job. It was a cosmetic fix tooth wasn't bothering me. But if I keep waiting it might. Something that should of been done the first visit. Staff is nice

I never write reviews but my experience here was so weirdly not normal, I feel like I have to say something. First, the employees in the front and the back, gossip , literally everytime I’ve come to the office, this is supposed to be a place where people come for treatment, for health and healing. From reading the reviews, no one is comfortable with this, and i certainly don’t want to hear it my entire visit , every visit, or at all for that matter. Second. Lordy Lordy Lord…Dr. Nirpaul Bains has to be the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. At first he’s great! He says seemingly great things, But you’ll see eventually it’s all an act. Truly. Please be careful when deciding this is the guy who’s supposed to take care of your health. So, a few important things: he just wants to get you in and out as fast as possible, but it’s like dare you ask too many questions about your health or ask him for explanation, He is concerningly impatient, and snappy, but whenever my fiancé goes into the room with me - first of all- TOTAL change of persona. he talks to him as if I’m not the patient he’s seeing !! Second of all, And when I’ve gone alone, the way he talks to me is like he thinks I’m stupid or something, I mean I’m sorry if it’s just anxiety or mental issues he might struggle with , otherwise but at the same time I don’t know because if he interprets something you say as he needs to be defensive or something , he clearly has anger issues or temper issues, or something, but I’m so done. He’s young, I’m hoping maybe it’s just something temporary he’s dealing with, but you dont get aggressive or mock people under any circumstances. Very unprofessional. I’m already in the process of finding another Doctor. But yea…BE WARNED OR TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU !!

*update!* Went to get a second opinion and i fractured my patella. So that “give it a week” was terrible medical advice. Don’t trust her word. Had an appointment with Badyal and she didn’t once introduce herself. She just sat down and started typing. After explaining my knee and her seeing my knee she was telling me I’m not here for my knee. I’m here to just establish care, that’s all. She also says “well you can bare some weight haha” after just explaining to her all the days I’m missing from work and my pain levels. After going back and forth about establishing care and my tendons. We don’t agree so Badyal refuses my care and leaves the room. I didn’t even wait for the 2nd provider she was “going to call”. Never had such a bad experience with medical professionals. She definitely needs bed side RE-training. She has multiple bad reviews not only from me. Learn from me, avoid that place at ANY AND ALL COSTS. I just wanted answers.

My son visits the chiropractor here Ruste Houghton and she is amazing. So kind and great personality. She is very professional and right off the back you can tell she knows what she's doing. My boyfriend also comes here and is seen by Nirpaul Bains who as well is great at his job and actual listens to all the concerns we had. So far I've had an amazing experience with these two.
