The attending physician was Kenia Watkins and I couldn’t be more pleased. I had an eye infection that was making me crazy. She asked all the right questions that I had not even considered. I was soon on my way and am now doing better. I wish she was my primary care doctor. Although I love my Dr Cohen. I would however prefer a female Doctor, she would definitely fit the bill. I now know this is where I will go to seek care when my PCP is unavailable. 💕Thank you Dr Kenia Watkins

Quick and efficient. No wait. Easy to schedule appt last minute. Excellent bed side manner of Med staff and PA. Definitely going back to this gem… plus they have more than just urgent care they have a weight loss program and micro needling and laser treatments. Plenty of parking and open late.

This was my first visit to the Lakewood Medical Office for urgent care service. From the time arrived, my experience was great! Ample, convenient parking. Each staff member with whom I interacted was professional, respectful, helpful, and friendly. Customer service is everything — especially when you’re feeling poorly. The doctor saw me immediately. As he examined me, he explained his findings. Last, but certainly not least, the treatment plan is working!

Every time I go there, they are so kind, caring, loving, polite. I can’t say enough good things about them from the second. You walk in to everyone you meet that works there.They make you feel so comfortable. I’m so blessed I thank them for their kindness.

I called in the morning to see if they would do stitches, I was told they would ask and call me back, they never did. Went in 4 hours later to get stitches, was told they would do it, waited, waited, was told they didn't have the materials on hand, put tape on my hand, said it would last for 2 weeks, half of it feel off within hours. Terrible experience.
