They saw me right away. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because if I did not have payment they would not have seen me. However the young lady at front desk very polite and professional. The young lady who took my vitals Carmen very polite and professional Finally the nurse practitioner Susan amazing she was caring asked the right questions and made me feel comfortable.

She simply didn’t want our business at all. Despite the sign indicating that walk-ins are welcome, the receptionist asked us for an appointment. She informed us that all their appointments were booked for drug tests for DOT, even though there was no one in the office. Then, she directed us to the downtown LA location. Okay, that’s fine. However, when we requested an appointment, she said they didn’t have a DOT person there either. What’s wrong with the receptionist at the front? And to add insult to injury, she had a stinky attitude. Mind you, this was at 10:30 am on June 16th.

I had no voice for 4 days. I went to your Long Beach location on Carson & Cherry. Carmen at the front desk helped me with professionalism and a smile. Susan the nurse practitioner was extremely professional and caring. Not only did she treat me with care and concern, toward the end of the day, she encouraged me to return earlier the next day when the xray tech would be available. Thanks to Susan for prescribing my antibiotics. I was able to return to my call center job faster. Very clean facility. Ps Susan I did return for the xray Happy holidays to each of you.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, took me a while finding my insurance card and the receptionist was very helpful trying to find it on her end. Wait time was not long at all and doctor was great listening to my symptoms and explained about the infection that I had in a caring considerate way.. I recommend Carbon Urgent Care in long beach

Everyone was really friendly. The person who greeted me helped me with whatever questions I had and was nice, I believe her name was Carmen. She made me less nervous about my visit. Andy was helpful as well. The doctor was efficient and answered all my questions as well.
