I had an extremely disappointing experience at Concentra 100 Oceangate Suite P245 in Long Beach. I attended a pre-employment physical, and the level of professionalism I expected was completely absent and they are very rough when taking vitals. The staff spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner, making me feel uncomfortable and belittled throughout the process. When I attempted to ask reasonable questions regarding the examination, I was treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience rather than addressed respectfully. What was most troubling was the way personal medical information was handled. While I understand that certain health-related questions may be necessary for employment screenings, the manner in which additional questions were asked felt invasive and inappropriate. The overall experience left me feeling that patients are not treated with dignity, respect, or basic courtesy. The doctor asked several times why I was taking certain medications I told the Dr why and she wanted further details I told her that I'm protected by the HIPPA LAWS. And by the way my Medical Dr which is a Endocrinologist is the one that prescribed those medications and if she wanted further info I would be happy to provide the Telephone # so she can ask my Endocrinologist. Healthcare facilities and occupational medical providers should remember that every person walking through their doors deserves professionalism, clear communication, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this location. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Concentra in Long Beach to others seeking occupational health services. There are far better providers that understand the importance of treating people with respect. Stay away from Concentra Health Services 100 Oceangate suite P245 in Long Beach because the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.

I had a great experience at Concentra. I was there for pre-employment testing, and the entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and courteous from start to finish. The process was very thorough, and everything was explained clearly, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. Parking is in a safe parking structure and they validate your parking, which is a nice convenience. My medical assistant was especially kind-hearted and truly left a lasting impression on me. It's always nice when medical staff take the time to be both professional and genuinely compassionate. Overall, a really positive experience with the entire team.

Reviewing an Urgent Care, whoda thunk it! Walked in for a USCG required physical. From the get go everyone was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and then after a vvery brief wait I was whisked back and like a NASCAR pit crew the medical staff got me through my physical in an amazing short amount of time, and then got me a copy of my results for the USCG and one for my records. A great experience.

Very professional staff, nurses and Dr. We're very nice, had me in and out in a great timely manner, contrary to some other locations stated by my colleagues. Definitely will recommend Concentra Of Long Beach for your next Medical Visit.

I had a great experience here. I was seen for a hand injury and the staff took excellent care of me from start to finish. The doctors and therapists were very professional, helpful, and made sure I received the treatment and therapy I needed. Everyone was friendly and made the process easy. I’m very thankful for the care I received.
