Went here the other day with the worst sore throat i’ve ever had in my life. The lady at the front, I believe her name was Esmeralda, was super sweet, even after she had to deal with an extremely rude customer. Overall great customer service, the wait time wasn’t too long for a walk in. The nurse who took care of me asked a bunch of questions which made me feel cared for, and I received two tests. Ten minutes later the Doctor, Michelle, came in, diagnosed, informed me, and got me my antibiotics right away. Overall really quick and efficient urgent care, will be coming back if need be. Also super clean environment!!!

I went to urgent care last night because I had been fighting a mean cough for about a week now. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. The staff were very polite and made sure I was okay. I would definitely go back.

All the staff was very friendly. Dr Michelle was very acknowledged and caring. To make sure she didn't do anything that would hurt mec with my other health issues I have. And the place was clean. And being seen was very fast.

The Long Beach Exer makes you feel like your someone they want to make sure gets better. Not just another patient to take your money give a Rx and your out the door in like 5 mins. They genuinely care about you. Definitely recommend and will come back for future urgent care needs. They are farther from me but I would take the trip to see them.

I still prefer 9. The wait time is short and the rooms are clean. However, it was hard because I had to explain my condition again to the doctor after already explaining it to the nurse, especially since I wasn’t feeling well. Also, the music in the exam room was too loud and it almost gave me a headache.
