I visited due to significant discomfort in my throat and ear. Although I couldn't secure an appointment in advance, I was pleased to find that Exer accepts walk-ins, with typically short wait times. The check-in process was efficient and entirely over the phone, which speeds up the process. The staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, creating a comfortable environment and asking several questions to better understand my condition. I was tested for various issues and subsequently received the appropriate medication to help alleviate my symptoms. Overall, the entire process was smooth and lasted approximately 30 to 40 minutes. A few days later, I received a follow-up message confirming my recovery. This facility remains my preferred choice for urgent care due to the high quality of service and thoughtful procedures.

Best Urgent Care I’ve been to. This is my 4th time and it’s still quick, efficient and professional. And the employees are super nice and helpful. Sign in is digital. Dr was very thorough for my complaint and kind. Got me in and out in 40 mins. So that I could get home to rest. Definitely my go too when I can’t get to my PCP immediately. Thanks guys.

I went to this urgent care for the first time. I loved how clean they were. They do share parking with other businesses but there is also street parking. The staff was very kind and understanding. I was sent ti the ER for further evaluation but the professionalism and calmness the staff gave was able to help me relax too. I will be making this my normal urgent care.

The wait time was 15 minutes. Pretty good. The staff was courteous and polite. The doctor checked my throat, ears and lungs. A culture was taken from my cheeks. I didn’t quite understand my diagnosis. My test results were negative but I was prescribed several medications. The doctor said she would call me next day to follow up. No call. I did get a call early with test results. I was prescribed an antibiotic that has helped. I am almost clear 6 days later. My real complaint is your parking lot. It is quite dark especially near the entrance and by the steps. That is a problem.

First time going to exer urgent care and I almost didn't get seen due to a technical issue with my medical. Though there were some changes the front desk was able to work around the issue of verifying my coverage which saved me from hour wait time speaking with dpss. Also, the on call doctor was very thorough and quick with assessing my eye infection which was just a stye. In any case, I would be confident going back for any other urgent issue and recommend this location 100%!
