Happily surprised to be the only person here this morning and got great service. The staff and doctor were all very nice, respectful, and competent. Great attitude and very friendly. My only criticism would be it was very cold in the exam rooms. Downright frigid. I can’t imagine it’s comfortable for the staff.

Exer is the place to go. The medical assistants are very helpful everytime I go. The Physican M. Trais. has been there the times i go he is the best. Takes his time explaining , gets right to the point , does not make you wait. I was in and out of there in less than an hour. And ive been there a couple times Did not have to wait 5+ hours at an E.R. This place has good parking , good staff and good service highly recommend. They also have an app you can make appointments and fill out paperwork.

Dr. Michael Trias, PA, was incredibly professional, thorough, and caring. He took the time to ask detailed questions and made me feel heard—something I don’t always expect in urgent care. His compassion and attention truly made a difference in my experience.

This review is regarding the Exer Urgent Care in Long Beach on Willow St. Took my dad back in Nov 2025 due to a deep cat scratch on his finger. The provider that my dad saw is Michael Trias. A heavy set asian descent in his early 50's. When I asked questions regarding the cat scratch he had such a condescending tone with me as if he didn't want to explain it a second time. On my part as a son and a caregiver to my dad I just wanted clarity to make sure my dad was getting the right care. Someone with this type of behavior shouldn't be working in the medical field especially caring for patients. I didn't get any compassion or empathy. All I got was evil eyes when asking questions. Never coming back to this location again since somone was dying of hunger.

Your triage nurse was fantastic!! I forgot to ask her name, but she was very kind, capable, considerate, & respectful! Dr Fischer was knowledgeable & provided excellent care in addressing my medical needs. Overall staffing service was great. I had an appointment at 2:15, was called back closer to 3, but for an urgent care, they were efficient & caring, so the delay was sorta expected & understood. Highly recommend.
