We are extremely grateful for the care our daughter received in the ER, especially from nurse Job. She came in with abdominal pain, and Job was professional, attentive, and reassuring from start to finish. He communicated clearly, stayed on top of her care, and made sure she was comfortable and informed throughout the visit. What stood out most was his calm demeanor and genuine compassion, which made a stressful situation much easier for both our daughter and our family. He worked seamlessly with the rest of the ER team and demonstrated a high level of clinical skill and professionalism. Job is clearly an asset to the emergency department, and we feel fortunate that he was part of our daughter’s care. Thank you to the ER staff for providing such high-quality care.

As of yesterday 02/09/2026 around 10 am. My mom was there with my stepfather in room 50, emergency. I also was there in that room. The nurse's name started by letting [ J ] in charge of room 50, just walked pass by the room back and forth didn't even introduce her self to my stepfather (patient) and my mom like who she was. Till I asked her name, she told so. She didn't say what type of medications she was giving to my stepfather. I said thank you to her, she didn't even say you are welcome or of course or my pleasure at all. What type of nurse is this ? If you have problem stay home or quit your job. My stepfather and mom didn't go there to give you any trouble. My stepfather is very sick, he just needs help. He's deserve to treat it right and equally. As a nurse act professional and kindly, respect. But I didn't see that in you. You acted unprofessional, very bad. You will get very old and to that point sickness that you can't avoid. You still alive act good. My stepfather's right hand was swollen because of the IV site was not in the right place and his nose swollen because the type oxygen has been using. She didn't check on him. The supervisor or manager or owner please discuss with or lecture her how to be professional, respect and kind to every patients and the members of family.

My dad has been seeing more doctors lately, and I’ve been by his side more as he’s gotten older. We went through a very scary situation, and the emergency staff handled everything quickly and with urgency. I’m so grateful for that. During his admission, Dr. Juan Polanco really stood out. He cared for my dad not just as a patient, but as a person. He connected with him over his love for salsa music and kept things light while still being thorough and attentive. Anytime I asked for an update or a call, he followed through. He made us feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for like family. His professionalism, bedside manner, and communication are truly something special. Shout out to nurse Aaron for the good vibes, and nurse Alessandra for being so patient with all my questions and requests haha, I really appreciated you both. Also a big thank you to all the sitters Leti, Bonnie, and Jacarra. I wish I remember the other girls names but you were all amazing. So kind, patient, and always engaging with my dad, even entertaining his stories and dad jokes. It meant so much to us. Forever grateful for the care we received 💖

My experience at MemorialCare was truly life changing. After having two C-sections at a different hospital where I felt more like a number than a person, this experience was completely different. Every single nurse I encountered was incredible kind, supportive, and genuinely invested in my goal of having a VBAC. I never once felt dismissed or rushed. Instead, I felt seen, heard, and deeply cared for. They didn’t just do their jobs they showed up with heart. They were patient, encouraging, and committed to helping me achieve the birth experience I had hoped for. And they did it all with warmth and a smile. In a time where so many hospitals can feel like a factory, the amazing women at memorial stand out. They reminded me what true, compassionate care looks like. This experience healed something in me, and I will never forget it. To the labor and delivery until that helped and cared for me during my delivery thank you so much I will never forget you!

We had a very good experience with the staff at the emergency department. Husband had fallen down and hurt shoulder the day before. Wait time was short and an X-ray taken immediately. Asked to wait in another room for a few minutes then doctor came and talked to my husband with good news because there was not broken bones. I commend and appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of everyone. Keep up the good job!
