They have online appointment system and it was convenient that I could pre check in so I don’t have to do any paperwork when I was there. It was clean and spacious and the receptionist was friendly. There were two patients before me when I got there and I still had to wait about 30 min but it was ok for an urgent care. The doctor took his time to check on me and kind. This is one of the best urgent cares I’ve been to. Highly recommend for your urgent care needs.

It was late when I walked in. I called first to ensure they accepted my insurance and luckily they did. The phone call was amazing, for one! She responded with great service, encouraged me to go anyway even though it was late, and was very personable. I walked in and was able to check in and complete all my paperwork fast and easy. Service was fantastic and all the staff were, once again, very personable! One of the best Urgent Care’s I’ve gone to!

I was the last patient of the night, and I truly appreciate the care I received. The receptionist, medical assistant, and doctor were all professional, kind, and attentive despite it being the end of their shift. I never felt rushed, and they made sure all my concerns were addressed. Thank you for ending your night with such great care!

The doctor, Patricia, was very knowledgeable. I like her way of explaining things, I could sense that I was in good care. The front desk was very friendly. Yes there was a wait time but it’s typical for urgent care, I used that time to do chores. It was nice that you’re able to be seen the same day and they take PPO

For an Urgent Care in Anaheim, CA, it's definitely a go-to place! I was coming down with a severe cough and the flu. I tried everything over the counter and it was my last resort. Thank God, I found them! The Healthcare team was amazing. It took a bit to wait but nothing new. My MD is a very knowledgeable person about "Holistic Practices."
