When I went in November, I got seen very quickly. The staff is very Customer Service oriented very friendly and easy to talk to -direct and straight to the reason that you’re there so no fuss however second time I went I had an appointment for 2 PM. I didn’t get seen until 3:20 PM that sucked, but the overall experience was fine since the provider was very helpful and friendly along with the nurse practitioner. However, I would say their online system needs updating because there was a lot of people waiting, but there was also a lot of appointments available so that didn’t match because I don’t even think they were even taking in walk-ins anymore. But overall easy to use.

I had an excellent experience at Carbon Health thanks to Jonah Agra, PA-C. I came in with severe upper back pain that had been escalating and was affecting my ability to sleep and function. Jonah was calm, thorough, and clearly experienced. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and explained the plan without rushing. He administered a cortisone shot that made a dramatic difference. I finally fell asleep, and the relief has been significant. What stood out most was how confidently and thoughtfully he handled the situation. I felt taken seriously and well cared for from start to finish. If you are dealing with acute pain and need someone decisive, skilled, and compassionate, I highly recommend Jonah. This visit made a real difference for me.

Dr Sinachi Anamdi has my sincerest gratitude for helping me while I was ill. It is nice to be believed and understood at the first meeting while also receiving care on a budget. I will always feel safe to return to this location for care when I need it.

Two things. First of all, I never post reviews and secondly, I hate going to urgent care. But today changed all that. I went to Carbon health urgent care in Echo Park for a scratched cornea. I was in so much pain, I just wanted to go back home to bed. They were so incredibly kind and supportive and the medical staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. All four people working there were amazingly kind and supplétive women. Logan the PA was exceptional and Stephanie, Même, and Liz were all so helpful and so kind. I walked out of there feeling so much better about my health and about humanity in general. I recommend them completely.

Very professional and well run facility.The reception and treatment areas are clean and modern. I really appreciate the air purifiers. The staff from friendly receptionists to physicians assistants and physicians are very top notch. Easy to make an appointment on line and to follow up on the Carbon health app.
