Dr. Michael is the kindest man who truly wants his patients to feel better. He genuinely cares about taking care of people. Pricing was fair and staff was kind. Welcoming to all demographics and patients. Kind nurse as well. I will be back next time I need quick care.

Clinic was open late and the doctors and staff were very professional. It will be a year that I’ve gone was like at mid night . But I’ll never forget the medical assistant that administered the shots for my infection. We were talking about me starting a teaching job and that I could get anyone into Disneyland or WSS discount. If she’s reading this I want her to know I haven’t forgotten of her.

I recently visited San Miguel urgent care and was beyond impressed with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The wait time was minimal, and I felt like they truly valued my time. Dr. Michael Mahfouz was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions with patience and clarity. I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. The clinic itself was clean, comfortable, and had a very calming atmosphere. I highly recommend San Miguel urgent care to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Stay away from this place. RUN!!! Id give ZERO stars if I could. I was told that I should only go here unless I’m dying. I should’ve listened. I was impressed with how fast I was seen and attended to, skipping the line of approximately 11 people. Some of who were in visible, agonizing pain. Apparently it is because I mentioned the word “was victim of a car accident.” On top of that Dr. Michael gave me gabapentin as treatment for high blood pressure. When my pharmacist brought it to my attention that this medication is NOT for blood pressure I immediately contacted the urgent care. Once they realized that I’m no longer going through an accident attorney they ignored all my attempts to contact billing as well as the doctor. I left at least SIX messages with a human (last one being Ari) and none was ever returned. When I told them I was no longer going to be using their service and need my bill and medical records, I was instructed to come in and collect my medical records and my bill would be emailed to me. A week since then and neither was ready. I kept getting the runaround by everyone here. There is no consistency, care for followup, or standard operating procedures. Jacqui (sp) was the only one who showed any form of compassion, care or concern for me after deciding to not use an attorney. They would tell me to call or come in at a certain time and then the next person would say no one could’ve told me that. It’s just complete MADNESS. RUN!!! Take your business elsewhere. They ONLY care about your money. Maybe they should go into finance, but surely not healthcare (at least not on the side of patient care).

Dr. micheal mahfouz is such and efficient Dr. I didn’t wait no more than 10 min before i was sent to a room. iThe front desk is friendly and asked all the necessary questions. He identified what was wrong and how he can help quickly and i was in and out within 40 min. Thank You Dr.
