Front Reception staff is fantastic! Kind. Helpful. Nursing, medtech, and Doctoral staff really feel like they are doing the bare minimum and not fully listening. I am immunocompromised and came in with infectious symptoms, seeking diagnosis. I accepted the staff's offer to do rapid Covid and Flu tests. A Nurse took the samples.Those came back negative, but the doctor warned she still suspected I was sick with viral infection that won't be picked up by the rapid tests or that I may have Flu or Covid with a false positive because it may be too soon to test. The Doc mentioned I could do a PCR test that goes to the lab and takes a day or two. She tried to conclude the visit and seemed incredulously surprised when I expressed that I absolutely wanted that test. Before leaving, they gave me a printout of my Aftercare summary that was faded out and illegible, especially since I have vision impairment in both eyes. When I asked for a new printout, another staff member handed another extremely faded copy. I inquired if they could email it and they made clear it will be available in my patient portal. I got it two days later, but the more accurate Covid and Flu Tests I took didn't list results. I called and was told by staff that the person who took the samples didn't complete the test and that I could "just come back in today or tomorrow to retake." if I wanted. I did not. I went to a hospital ER instead and though it put my immune system at greater risk, at least I was evaluated thoroughly.

I had a great experience at Exer Urgent Care. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the medical team took the time to listen to all of my concerns and provided thorough care without making me feel rushed. That was so appreciated. A special thank you to Anh, who made my visit even better. We discovered we’re the same age and had a fun conversation about old slang vs current slang and reminiscing about childhood memories. It was such a nice and unexpected connection :) All of the ladies I interacted with had amazing energy and made me feel genuinely cared for. I truly appreciate their good energy and would definitely return if I ever need urgent care again.

Staff, medical team were highly attentive and helpful and I was seen immediately, Check in was very super helpful as the medical assistant had completed the necessary information for checkin since i was a returning patient to this location with all of my Insurance ,billing and other information being the same and quickly was assessed and treatment started for my chronic respiratory issues. The entire team was very supportive and attentive to what the doctors treatment plan entailed and I want to express that this was a walk-in appointment that completed intake , assessment and completed treatment care on site within and just before closing time. Thank you for helping make my treatment and visit possible! Huge improvement from prior visits…. Thank you again.

Loved it here! We luckily got seen fast early in the morning. I had to get x-rays done and Anh was the best! She was super sweet, funny, & personable. I would come back just for her. She went above and beyond to adjust my crutches & gave me good advice. I could tell she is an expert at what she does:) 💕💕

Amazing service. Had me in and out in less than 2 hours! Upon arriving Abigail was at the front desk she was nice and welcoming. Then I was then let into the exam room shortly after checking in and Anh, who was also very friendly, took my vitals and throughly asked me about the symptoms I was experiencing. Then I saw the provider, Shana, who genuinely seemed concerned for my well being which is a nice feeling when you go to an urgent care, or go to any clinic! 10/10 would definitely recommend Exer in Dtla! The service was not only very fast but also very efficient. Everyone from the beginning to the end was great!
