I had a 1:00 PM appointment on 12/29/2026 and completed all the paperwork online in advance, hoping that would help streamline the visit. However, it took about 40 minutes past my appointment time before I was brought into a private room for basic vitals (blood pressure and SpO₂), and nearly two hours after my scheduled time before I was able to see the doctor. Unfortunately, this resulted in me missing important work hours. The out-of-pocket consultation fee was $215, which felt quite high given that the actual time spent with the doctor was only a minute or two, and the visit felt rushed. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that scheduling efficiency and patient experience can be improved.

Pleasant front desk staff. Doctor listened attentively to my needs. Nice medical assistant.Overall happy with my care. Easy to make an appointment online and preregister / fill out forms and upload copayment method for faster and smoother check in.

I visited today with stomach cramps, and from the moment I arrived, Daniel was very professional and polite. Nurse Amy (or Ann) was incredibly kind and caring. Dr. Wilson, the doctor practitioner, was extremely attentive and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this place—the service was absolutely superb. Thank you to Daniel, Nurse Amy, and Dr. Wilson for the excellent care!

The doctor refused to see me and didn’t even have the professionalism or decency to tell me directly. Instead, they sent the front desk staff to relay the message. I asked for the doctor to speak to me personally and was refused a second time. Terrible service!
