This is by far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! Everyone, from the front desk staff to Dr. Yvette Owens, MD was so kind, professional, and caring. I came in with swollen eyelids, and they took such good care of me. After following the prescribed medications, the swelling went down by the very next day! The place is also very clean and comfortable, which made the whole visit even better. What’s also great is that they accept most health insurance plans, which is extremely helpful compared to other urgent cares. I truly appreciate their efficiency, compassion, and the overall excellent service. Highly recommend Exer Urgent Care Silverlake!

Checking in with the front desk was pleasant and the person helping me was nice and helpful. When it came to the doctor, I felt really mishandled. Like a money maker. Was willing to give me antibiotics I did not need instead of taking the time to investigate and ask questions. I was the only patient there so not like it was super busy. I felt like I was running the session instead of being helped. Just kind of sad! I know we all wish for good health care. Not here though!

It was OK. One of the ladies at the front desk was very nice, helping with me with every detail. I was in excruciating pain. Other staff was not as responsive. I had six people ahead of me. Please find a way to treat people faster. Especially for walk ins. Dr. Odette was phenomenal. She was with me no more than 5 minutes. So, I do not understand the super long wait I had to endure. That is KEY in urgent care and more can be done. If that continues to be a problem, maybe I will choose other means of medical care.

I made an appointment with a clinic way too far away and remembered taking a friend here for an emergency and decided to walk in. The facilities are clean, the receptionist was friendly and very helpful with my questions. When I met with a nurse and the provider, both were very efficient, friendly and warm. I felt very taken cared of and more! I'd come back! If you don't have insurance for any reason, they also have a little cheat that details their prices of exams, labs and etc. Efficient is the best word for it!!! I even got to do my paperwork via my phone and not have to trouble with paperwork. I remember doing paperwork the last time I was there. They've improved! Thank you for the service today Exer Team! ❤️ I feel ready to tackle on my day 🥰

I had a great experience at excer urgen care amd thanks to dr owen who treated me. She was very kind, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on and what to do next. Her professionalism and caring attitude made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciated how comfortable she made me feel. I would definitely recommend her to others and would feel confident coming back if I ever needed care again.
