My experience with TOMI Medical Center has been truly life changing. After struggling with persistent knee pain injuries that affected my mobility, daily activities, and overall quality of life, Dr. Saechao recommended PRP injection therapy—and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The PRP injection to my knee has been nothing short of remarkable. Over time, I noticed a significant reduction in pain, improved mobility, and increased stability in my knee. Activities that once felt difficult or impossible became manageable again. Being able to move with less pain and regain a sense of normalcy has truly been life altering. I injured my shoulder prior to spending a couple of months in Los Angeles (I live in Hawaii). I was not able to paddle out to surf, and could not do about 80% of the workouts I normally do in the gym. It was pretty upsetting. I saw a local physiotherapist who told me it was bicep tendonitis. The physio referred me to Dr Kaochoy at TOMI Regenerative Medicine. I was hesitant at first, as I was unfamiliar with the procedure and the cost associated with it. But I needed to get back in the water and gym for the sake of my sanity. The results? INCREDIBLE. Pain was alleviated after just one session (took about 48-72 hours to feel like I was back to my old self) and my shoulder mobility was fully restored within the day of the injection. I had a PRP injection for my wrist, and overall it was a really positive experience. Alongside physical therapy, it significantly helped relieve my pain and improved my mobility over time. The recovery wasn’t instant, but I noticed steady progress in the weeks after the injection. Dr. Saechao was very attentive and took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect, and how to maximize results with PT. I’d definitely recommend PRP if you’re dealing with ongoing pain. It really helped me, and I’m glad I gave it a shot.

I have to say this: In all my years of seeing doctors, TOMI Medical Center , run by Dr Kaochoy Saechao, is AMAZING. I have been going to the place for over three months now. PCP, among other services, that I am receiving is top notch. PCP is really helpful if you have shoulder and lower back pain. It's really helped me manage the extreme pain that I've been going through. I am pretty optimistic that this treatment will help me get back in circulation and do the things I love. Thanks for TOMI Medical Center and Dr Saechao for the amazing and good work he does. I highly recommend this business/establiment. If there was ten stars, I'd say this doctor deserves it.
