Avoid this place! I made an appointment but still had to wait over 2 hours to be seen, in a waiting room full of sick people where there are signs saying everyone should wear a mask but nobody did. During the visit the doctor offered me an antibiotic shot, so I said yes. The assistant spent several minutes mixing solutions in a GIANT syringe and started injecting it into my arm and it hurt so much I couldn’t tolerate the pain and had to beg her to stop. Then she wouldn’t let me leave before asking the doctor if it was ok for me to leave without receiving the full dose. So that took ten more mins of waiting. I went to leave and asked about my copay only to then be told, “You don’t have a copay, because we aren’t in network with any insurance at all. Well just bill your insurance.” Insane that they would not say this upfront! I would never have wasted half my day there if I’d known that I’m going to receive a bill for god knows how much money, including for an antibiotic shot that I only received half of. My poor arm was building like a cartoon and is super painful today.

Very kind staff and very quick service. The clinic was so clean and the front desk lady was so helpful: helping me to fill up the form. The clinic nurse was so friendly too! Highly recommended recompense place!

I went in to Vermont Urgent Care for a TB test and physical. It was affordable and I had a great experience with the staff. It was convenient since there are walk-ins available and I was able to get my results and clearance for my program in a timely manner.

had my first visit at Vermont urgent care this morning. i was the only one there this morning in the waiting room so I had no difficulty getting a very quick appointment. Dr. Samouha is a wonderful caring attentive professional. the staff are lovely and helpful. (and with respect to big needles and painful injections- I received an intramuscular steroid injection... OF COURSE IT'S GOING TO HURT!)... no problem! I went in with a respiratory illness and was diagnosed with pneumonia- my first experience with pneumonia. the clinic makes appointments and welcomes walk-ins. Dr. Samouha has a wonderful practice. (as it happens- while I was waiting for my chest x-ray someone from the sidewalk wandered into the clinic causing trouble. Dr. Samouha expressed concern for my safety and did not want to release me until the area was cleared. so in the meantime he had me use an aspirator for about 20 minutes. no problem!) my thanks to the doctor and his staff.

They are always fast and easy to get to. I had a little upset stomach after going out of the country. Although they are not an emergency and cannot do every test, the doctor was able to prescribe me with medicines that worked within 12 days. Also, the pharmacist at cvs followed up with great advice. So I never had to go to emergency. I then followed up with my primary care. Take care (oh and I love the inside. It’s not that big but the decor reminds me of my parent’s home. It smelled nice in the waiting room).
