I took my elderly mother here and we were treated with warmth and kindness. From the front desk to the medical assistant to the wonderful Dr Nichole Atkins. Dr Atkins went above and beyond with her care and explanations. We’re very appreciative.

The service at this St Vincent Urgent Care was great. The receptionist was polite and very helpful. The nurse was great and helpful also. The Doctor also took great care of me and explained to what not to do. Thank you for your Services .

I needed an antibiotic. Would not prescribe one. Waited 5 days on result of a specimen culture. Called everyday for the results. Finally got the results directly from LabCorp. To this day Ascension has yet to call me with the results. Finally went to an ER, gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. Finally getting better. No way to treat someone in need.

I made an appointment to get a physical. When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me that they were running behind and I would probably be waiting for 45 minutes to an hour. As I am writing this review, I have now been here for 4 hours and still have not completed my physical.

Ms. Rivera, the Supervisor, and the Director were all very professional, outstanding, awesome, and set the standards by making myself the patient feel much better. The Supervisor and Ms. Rivera are the best of the best. Thank you The Normandy Clinic is the Number 1 facility in the Ascension St. Vincent's Urgent Care Network. 5 Star Facility!
