Made an appointment.... it is always a good idea for shorter wait times. Even if you get there without an appointment, go in your phone and go online and make an appointment while you are there.... it is just faster when walk ins are constantly coming in. Fill out patient info on a sanitized tablet. Current staff is quite pleasant 😊 and the doctor is great.... I would not suggest asking for a school note for any days already missed, it wont happen even if they are sick, the doc note will only cover the current day and any they want them to miss. So even though your child may have a chronic condition, and was getting ill or kept home because you need to monitor and observe condition before rushing out to the doctor. It is apparently a rule. I know my children and their conditions and when I need to watch and when I need to seek care... but doc cant write an excuse for any days prior to being seen ..... its just the way they do it I guess. I am pleased with care spot they always listen to my concerns and provide excellent care.

Prompt, efficient, and thorough service. They have you in and out with what you need. They even offer doctor's notes for your job if needed. My prescription was there before I was due to their professionalism. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Been here multiple times. The lady at the front desk is very caring, polite and provided me with a good experience. The providers are nice and take their time to hear you out and provide you with a resolution to make you better. When my primary care isn't open, I will always go here. 10/10

Avoid booking an "appointment" online here—it is completely meaningless. We booked a slot online for 1:35 PM, arrived on time, and sat there for 30 minutes without being seen. When we asked about the delay, Victoria at the front desk was incredibly rude. She dismissively told us it would be another 30 minutes just to get called back, and then another 45 minutes once in the back just to get a simple hand X-ray and see a provider. She explicitly stated that the online booking system doesn't matter for the time you choose; you are still stuck waiting in the normal walk-in line. Expecting a patient with an injury to sit around for over two hours when they took the time to schedule ahead is completely unacceptable. Terrible front-desk attitude and total lack of respect for patients' time.

Front desk staff is great, very nice and if you go in the morning first thing you can expect to be in and out pretty quick. Unfortunately Dr. Tammy Vann must have been having a rough day when I saw her and was INCREDIBLY RUDE. Implied that I don’t need any medication or antibiotics but said she’d send one if I wanted- IM NOT A DOCTOR. All I wanted was her to do her job not leave me more confused on if these antibiotics are actually going to help at all. Before letting me leave the room she stood in the doorway noticing I was upset and trying to laugh it off because I haven’t got a good night sleep in about 10 days. She continued to say things like what are you wanting from this? I wanted help, advise, recommendations for over the counter stuff safe for high blood pressure maybe? Tips, tricks to reduce my congestion? For her to tell me if I need antibiotics or if they simply won’t help my sickness? Definitely did not need to be talked down to and have antibiotics prescribed that she herself implied is UNNEEDED.
