The worst customer service I've ever received. The secretary was rude, arrogant, racist, and ill-mannered, lacking empathy. Despite having two health insurance plans, coming here was a bad decision and a waste of time.

Scheduled an appointment for 5, desk lady didn't even check my insurance coverage until 6 then collects payment. Waits another 20 minutes to tell us that there is another 30 minute wait for their provider. So it's now 2 hours of time wasted, to get offered a refund, when almost all pharmacies are closed and no one else can take this late of an appt. So yeah will not be returning to this really terrible location. HCA at its finest, the management change really shines through on this one.

Everyone at this location was super super friendly and very kind and accommodating. I waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes max. The nurse and the physician were super nice and when I was leaving the same ladies that checked me in were just as kind and courteous. This place is definitely worth going to. I highly recommend it.

Went in quickly for a tetanus shot. Was pleasantly surprised that it was only $80 without insurance, and the wait was not bad at all considering I was a walk in and there were appointments ahead of me. I would come back if need be!

Were at an emergency appointment with a baby. quickly registered and received within half an hour. Good nurse and very attentive and friendly doctor. She explained everything in great detail, reassured me, told how to treat. She made the correct diagnosis and the child is on the mend. Thank you!
