I have brought my son in for asthma related issues before and today I needed to be seen, and i am happy I sought care with Avecina on Normandy. They took really great care of my son and took really great care of me. Thank you! They have been very open and upfront about pricing, and easy payment options. Caring and Friendly staff.

When I first heard of this practice, I thought of Avicenna (Ibn Sina), I was curious to know whether the practice lived up to the name. I was relieved to find that it does this and more. It is always a pleasurable experience. I receive the care I need without any fluff, and the staff is always patient first. Today, I received care at the location on Normandy. Excellent service! Efficient, accurate, and detailed. Thank you!

I've debated on posting a review because I'm not the one that was directly involved, i was simply a witness. Several days ago I accompanied my partner to a recent appointment and as I sat in the waiting room I witnessed another patient being talked to in a very nasty, unprofessional and uncaring way while he was trying to get help with his issue. The attitude and behavior I witnessed by this staff member, Brittany was absolutely unacceptable! The patient she was treating poorly never raised his voice or said anything to her that would have resulted in the treatment he was receiving. I hope he's doing okay and Brittany needs to do better! No one should be treated like that especially when it comes to health-care. Asking questions should never result in that type of response, bad attitude or behavior.

My children have new insurance and we used to go to Carespot, but now we go to Avecina and I am impressed! We only waited 3 mins until my children were called to the back to be seen. The Doctor was extremely considerate to my children's needs and wants. She was gentle and showed compassion. I'm truly grateful! Thank You.

I have been here twice. Seperate reasons and they are fast, thorough and kind. Both weekends, Saturday and a sunday were both great. No real wait time. Katie is great. Glad I took my kids.
