Made an appointment for my son early this am for 11:30am to get him seen, as he needs inhaler refills bc of his asthmatic flare ups. Literally went to the counter (lady definitely looked like she loved her job) no smile or welcomeness. I let her know I made an appointment for my child & gave her my DL & insurance card, not even 2 minutes later she’s like oh your insurance is inactive. I said no it’s not, it just started this year & is fully active & advise her who again the carrier is, even though it’s on the card. She then states that I would need to contact my medical provider to find out, I’m like noooo you need to be the one doing that as the front office representative if you’re having issues on your end. She gives me back my cards & I’m pretty much left with no choice but to call myself (very unacceptable) THIS PLACE has NO sense of urgency at this place whatsoever as my 9 year old is coughing back to back after being made aware he is asthmatic & I have an appointment!!! The rep had NO type of CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL…I will be sure to seek further action against this specific location!! THIS is literally insane & SAD ppl have to go through this. I wind up leaving to take my son somewhere else to be seen.

I am filing a complaint regarding an employee at your location at 1021 Cesery Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32211. The employee identified herself as Natasha. My visit occurred on March 30 at approximately 6:30 PM. During this visit, Natasha was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked about the status of my 7-year-old child being checked in, she responded in a hostile manner and ultimately refused to provide care. She stated that my child could not be seen because we did not have an appointment, and claimed I was being rude simply for asking about the wait time. Most concerning, she used inappropriate and offensive language toward me, including calling me a derogatory name. She then refused service to my child altogether. Additionally, I observed that other individuals who arrived after us were assisted, while we were denied care. Based on what I witnessed, I am deeply concerned that this situation may have involved discriminatory treatment. This experience was unaccepta ble, especially in a healthcare setting involving a minor. I am requesting that this incident be investigated and addressed appropriately.

The nurse practitioner, Lillibeth was the most unprofessional practitioner I've ever dealt with in my life. She was very dismissive of my symptoms, had a rude tone and passive aggressive with her answers toward me. I do not recommend her as your NP. Felt like I wasted $85 just to be judged and poorly taken care of.

Went there to get my son's ankle looked at due to he can barely walk, twisted sprank fracture who knows, the lady tells me that it's an hour wait and they don't have anything there to do x-rays but their beach and hodges location does.. if you go there they have someone that's available that can look at it right away. Ok drive nearly an hour with traffic and get there to be told they stopped walk ins over 2 hours ago and they don't know why someone told them they had someone readily available because they don't.. kinda crappy seemingly like people just passing the buck.
