I was very ill and was able to get an appointment for that day. It's very convenient to be able to see a doctor. I was seen quickly, tested (all negatives so diagnosed as an acute viral upper respiratory infection so apparently nothing could be done to help me) and sent home without any real help. I could've continued what I was doing (resting, fluids, ibuprofen, cold medicine, to keep soup in me, feeling like I'd rather almost be better off dead so the sickness would just stop), well actually thats what I did, without the visit.

Absolutely awful!! Go elsewhere!! Came in with my toddler daughter clearly stating that she had a nursemaids elbow injury when we checked in and it was noted, waited 3 hours to be seen by the provider, only for the provider Jill Woodall to come and straight away say that she can’t help my daughter and that I need to go to a pediatric ER. She did not access my daughter herself to come to this conclusion, just simply said that as soon as she walked through the room based off of what I have already been saying. And YET, they made a mother and toddler wait hours to say we can’t be helped, left frankly looking for other options to resolve the injury since everything was already closing at this point in the day. Thankfully, we stopped by MD Now urgent care just in time before closing for their provider to quickly fix it (so I very much recommend this other one). Now left fighting to get my money back for this ridiculous event that could’ve been avoided. Never recommending Care Spot to anyone ever! Came in as a walk-in because OBVIOUSLY I can’t schedule in an unexpected injury, and the front desk person said everyone else that was seen before us were scheduled appointments so that apparently was the reason it took so long to be seen. Might as well not call yourself an urgent care center if someone comes in with an unexpected urgent injury, and you still have a ton of scheduled appts that take precedent. Ridiculous experience!!

I had a great visit, was a "walk-in," and thought the wait time was reasonable. The staff was professional, friendly, and reassuring and helped me at a time when I was in pain and needed some medical help. I wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time I decide to trip on my own two feet; I felt I got good care.

Came in for a staph infection. They prescribed amoxacillin. I encourage any reader to research if amoxacillin is an effective treatment for staph... IT'S NOT, VIRTUALLY ALL STAPH AUREUS IS RESISTANT TO AMOXACILLIN. So here I am, three days into an amoxacillin treatment, I go in for another visit and they perscribe me an ointment. I have full blown cellulitis - this is beyond the reach of an ointment. I am going to have to book a third appointment with another provider. This Jill (APRN I believe) woman is not up to date on her treatment protocols. Staph infections are dangerous, they've nearly killed me in the past. Edit: A perscription for doxycycline was written for me post discharge; 1 do not know what to make of this - it could have been because someone there reviewed my case... maybe my bad review had something to do with it. In any case, they did eventually come to an acceptable answer. Changing my review from one star to three.

I’ve been to this location multiple times with my kids and (aside from the reason we are there) it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff here are so nice, I love that you can schedule online prior to coming in so that you don’t have to wait as long, and there is a Walgreen’s right in the plaza so you can pick up your prescriptions almost immediately.
