Visited the office for a painful trigger thumb pain issue and a case of bad cold/flu. Loved Everything! From scheduling, to being greeted at the receptionist desk to being walked back to the exam room, to running prelim tests and x-rays to the visit with the doctor and the doctor’s recommendations and follow-up all were excellent. I highly recommend this office to anyone desiring a well cared for visit.

After being rear ended by two cars, I came to this office seeking medical attention and was extremely disappointed by how I was treated. Before anyone asked about my condition, pain level, or whether I needed EMS assistance, the front desk staff focused entirely on whether I had contacted my auto insurance. I explained multiple times that I wanted to use my personal health insurance, but I was repeatedly interrupted, talked over, and dismissed without anyone truly listening or explaining their policy. The lack of empathy and professionalism during a stressful situation was honestly shocking. No patient coming in after a car accident should feel ignored or treated like an inconvenience. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Busy facility so you may wait but that’s expected for a walk in clinic. Dr. Lynn is experienced and fantastic and the nurses are lovely. Dr Lynn had me stitched up faster than quick and was teaching the younger generation. Love to see it.

I had a flu like symptoms and not feeling well, my scheduled appointment is 1100h, within almost only 30 minutes all the necessary test was done and the Doctor was able to see me immediately. Staff are nice too

Easy to make your own online appointment, check in is quick and easy. Attendant and nurse practitioner were efficient and knowledgeable. Treatment was just what I needed for Bronchitis. Day later already seeing some help.
