Long wait. 3:30-8pm(after closing time)Then placed in the examine room to wait 20 more minutes.Public restroom destroyed that they advise you to use and they don’t have equipment to perform sonogram test. Well, it’s broke. I have insurance so I paid my copay but for a person to not have insurance and pay $200 to be seen and not able to be confirm situation is ridiculous. The Dr is fabulous but the lack functioning equipment

I am so grateful I was able to go here and get on antibiotics right away. I was in so much pain from a sinus infection. My PCP doctor’s office couldn’t see me the same day and going to an emergency room seemed like overkill. At 9am I was able to make an appointment online for 9:45am. I was in and out by 10:30 and was able to start the antibiotics by noon. Staff was friendly and professional.

Dr Colon-Torres is an absolute gem. She is the only reason my experience was great. Best by far UC provider I’ve ever had. Thank you ma’am for listening and giving a great experience.

I have visited the north side location in the past, I must say, my last visit was the best experience I have ever had. I have avoided this location due to previous unpleasant experiences with the team. I was desperate on 2/4/26, I decided to give them another try. I was pleasantly surprised. A lovely young lady greeted me at the front desk and made sure I was fully checked in. The clinical nurse and doctor listened to my concerns. My care was excellent and I was in and out. I regret I don’t remember names.

I took a nasty fall yesterday and thought that I possibly broke my hand so I went in search of somebody to give me assistance and I found myself at the Urgent Care at US1 and Dunn Avenue when I walked in I gave them my information she immediately made a card and told me that they would call me in a minute I know I didn't wait over 5 minutes before they took me to the back another couple of minutes and an attendant took my blood pressure and pulse and ask me questions. The next thing I know doctor was coming in and asked me all the appropriate questions set me up for an x-ray and indicated that I have a an injury on my head that I didn't realize and she asked me to take more tests because of my age you wanted me to take a scan to make sure I didn't have a brain bleed. So I am thoroughly happy there was no break so I didn't have any issues they gave me a brace for my hand and I'll referred me to see you another specialist when I could and I went home although I'm in great pain I'm happy that I didn't have any serious injuries and they took very good care of me very swiftly
