I live right next to this place and have had to visit them three times. I have never had a positive experience but they have charged or attempted to charge me for services not incurred and/or “referral fees” for telling me that they can’t treat my reason for visiting. (Please note I wasn’t asking for brain surgery, a minor back injury once and stitches on my hand the other time) They have trained me to seek care elsewhere and skip them entirely. What a waste of something that could have been a real benefit to the neighborhood. I will celebrate the day this business leaves our community or comes under new management.

Wed April 1, 2026- Visit late in the day after work. Even close to closing time, through out the whole visit, from the intake staff, to the Nurse giving me a steroid shot, everyone was so friendly, helpful and kind. Dr. Sandra Milton was excellent. She listened to me go through my symptoms and then prescribed me meds. She kept me informed as to how these meds will help with my sinus and cough issues. I really do appreciate everyone there for all their hard work!!!

Scheduled appointment the night before on line. Office was clean and quiet. Had very little wait to be seen. Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. Will return again if needed.

I visited Care Spot on Saturday. They were quick to see me. However, the person at the front desk told me my co pay was $44. Come to find out it’s actually $220. The medicine prescribed hasn’t helped at all w my symptoms and need to go visit another health care provider.

For $199 for a person without insurance is a good price for all that they do. Never have to wait for a long which is a big plus since most urgent care’s you have to wait a long time. The staff is wonderful and Jenny Cooke the physician that saw me was amazing! This is literally a half a mile from my house so the convenience makes it even better.
