The receptionist medical assistant showed genuine concern for my reasoning of needing urgent care. She made sure with consultation with the doctor they can remedy my situation. The comfort level they made everyone as a patient feel was above and beyond the personalities of a major Hospital visit. Thank You Carespot

I would strongly advise against this place. In my experience, they seem far more focused on charging patients as much as possible while providing very minimal quality care or service in return. The level of professionalism and attention I received was extremely disappointing. Additionally, one of the nurses, a white woman on staff, did not appear knowledgeable or properly trained, which made the experience even more concerning. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied, unheard, and uncomfortable trusting the care provided here.

This is by far THE WORST I have EVER been treated. Dr. Christina was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I came in with extreme abdominal pain, nausea, and extremely painful urination Dr. Christina spent a total of ONE minute in my room. She told me if it gets worse to go to the hospital. Well I don’t see how much worse I could get so what was the point of spending $100 on a one minute visit when my husband went to the front to discuss a refund of sorts as I was not treated and I still have to go to the hospital. When Dr. Christina came in my room to ask about my husbands issue she came in incredibly rude and when I tried to explain she snapped at me and told me I was in the wrong. When my husband came back my husband asked Dr. Christina if she had not just told us to go to the hospital she snapped and yelled at my husband that she did not (which was a lie) and when my husband was taken aback by being yelled at by the doctor she told us we needed to leave and the manager called my husband a jerk. This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to not to mention it was absolutely FLITHY. absolutely disgusting. I am appalled by not only the behavior of this office but the environment as well. Do not waste your money here

Do not even bother making an appointment. You will likely wait almost two hours to be seen anyway. "Doctor" Christina is devoid of any compassion. She is too emotional and impatient for someone who is supposed to care for people. She is also sarcastic, rude and lacks critical thinking skills. I definitely would not recommend this location.
