I was greeted by both ladies as I came in. The lady was so nice who checked me in. I didn’t wait but about 10 min. The man that took my sample was kind and efficient. Then when I left they wished me a good rest of my day. They did that with everyone. It was a great experience.

I definitely recommend clearing some time out of your schedule or showing up right when they open because there may be some extended wait times depending on why you are there. At first, I was a bit frustrated because it seemed to take a while (I was there for a physical and preemployment drug screening). Once I was calling to the back, Brett R. Created me kindly and started moving through the process very quickly. He was very jovial and funny and made the experience about as good as it can be. The main thing that got me was seeing how quickly everyone was actually moving in the back they are very to the point, yet very friendly. They definitely do not like to waste anyone’s time. Overall, it was a great experience for this type of visit. Solid team effort!

Was good I had to take a random drug test for work.. the lady behind the desk was supper nice and the nurse that administer the rest was jam up too..... there was one lady behind the desk didn't seem very nice and I had to check in with my phone rather than paper and pencil I'm old school other than that it was fast and everything was good. That's the only reason I didn't give it a 5

Had to bring my son here for a pre-employment drug screen. Staff was friendly, check in process was easy and quick. There were a few other people there, but the wait wasn't very long at all. Not sure what it is like for actual urgent issues, but for the reason we were there, we had no issues.

In my experience, this office does not provide thorough follow-up and seems to rush patients through treatment. On April 7, 2026, I was told that I had fully recovered, reached MMI, and did not need any further evaluation. I repeatedly explained that I was still having shoulder pain and insisted that something was wrong, but my concerns were dismissed and my case was closed. Today is June 18, 2026, and after months of continuing to work through pain and suffering, an MRI finally revealed a partial rotator cuff tear and other tendon injuries. I spent all this time working and living with pain while the real cause remained undiagnosed. Today, everything is clear. I only wish my concerns had been taken seriously from the beginning.
