The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable and that my health was important. The nurses were exceptional, Alen and Dynarosia (spelling) and my blood techs were awesome. The ultrasound tech was so friendly, and we had a great conversation while she was doing my ultrasound. If you see this, I need the on-call cardiologist from Ashchi to contact the VA to request my angiogram. I cannot ask on my own, the medical specialist must contact VA and request the reason for the procedure.

After being hit by a drunk driver while on vacation in Jacksonville, I was brought to your hospital. I have never received care from such a wonderful group of people. Everyone from the first responders at the wreck to the incrediblely sweet and thoughtful male nurse who made sure I had a pretty bandaid with a smurf on it to the night security woman with the beautiful accent; everyone was incredible. It made what could have been a horrible outcome to the vacation to an almost pleasent experience. I wish we had people this nice and considerate at the hospitals in my home town of Macon GA. Great job you guys and thank you again..

I brought my daughter in tonight suffering from vomiting and the staff was not only pleasant but the staff was very friendly and helpful the doctor was a white male don’t remember his name or the male nurse both in black scrubs. But they were exceptionally nice to me and my daughter Kenzie. I live on San Pablo by mayo and I prefer this emergency because the patients matter and are seen before dawn. I want to thank the staff that took care of my daughter. I appreciate your kindness and quickness to help her. I hope your recognized for your excellence

The people here save lives. Unfortunately I have many health issues and often have to come in. The whole team here especially RN Susann and Technologist Todd have always made my stay as comfortable as it can be. I owe a lot to Todd, his experience in the field and quick thinking has saved my life and my kidneys. I appreciate everyone who knows me by name and the level of care they put into my treatment.

I walked in and was quickly taken to a room. The nurse was phenomenal. She was kind, knowledgeable and quick. I’ve never been to an emergency room where the service was quick and done with ease. The doctor was amazing too!
