Dr. K was extremely nice and thorough. I have a lot going on and it can be hard to pinpoint what is going on. He did necessary tests and gave necessary prescriptions. Even tho it was a women's issue. He was so knowledgeable and talked to me like he cared. Also gave me new info I did not know. I would be back!

Went to get grandson a sports physical, arrived at 425pm. Online price was $35 but was $44 when we got there. Completed online process and was told would be seen by 521p. The new young man at front told the white lady that the system was down, but did not inform myself or the other black guy there. My grandson overheard and the young man never said anything to us. My grandson went to the counter and asked and he stayed to fill out highlighted section and I did. When my grandson returned the young wgit man stated that all.papers has to be.completed and was rude about it. I stayed to him that he should have highlighted all pages with I fo to complete and he just turned his head. May you have cameras there to see. After competing paperwork he said nothing about time. 10.more minutes passed. I asked what happening, not very.nice, and he asked how I was paying told him card he stated it would be longer because he had to wait for paperwork from somewhere to.peocess thw card. No I'm getting really irrational! I called my daughter to bring me cash. I told him this and another.10 minutes passed. I told.him again.my daughter coming and we are paying cash, so please.see.him and ill.pay.whwn.she arrives. He.mumbled something under his breathe and someone from behind him ask what was going.on and he left his post. Never saw that person. I stated to him that I'm being inconveniced because your system went down.nu waited for over and hour because of your system and your emplpyee.not being customer service oriented. I.am a teacher and if our staff treated a parent this way, we would be spoken to by a supervisor. I understand that the system error was not his fault, but he should have been able to handle better and if he couldn't then find someone who could. This is not a place I will EVER go to again or recommend to.my students who need sports physicals.

Didn't wait very long at all in the lobby, receptionist was nice and professional. The N.P. was very nice and through with her diagnosis of my ailments. She simplified alot for me as I'm not familiar with medical terminology. Would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone. Walk-Ins are welcomed here!

I came to MD Now after dealing with a painful infection under my thumb nail. Pus had accumulated, my thumb was swollen, red, and hot, and I knew I needed a doctor who could actually examine the problem and perform a procedure if necessary. The day before, I had gone to another urgent care where I waited for three hours only to be told they wouldn’t do anything except prescribe an antibiotic. It was incredibly discouraging. The next day I researched other urgent care facilities and found MD Now. They were open late, until 8 pm, so my husband drove me there around 7 pm. I was seen by M.D. Jeffrey W. Krenzer and medical assistant Michael, and the experience was completely different from the day before. Dr. Krenzer did an outstanding job. He took the time to explain every detail of what needed to be done, what he would try first, and what the next steps would be if the initial plan didn’t work. His calm, clear explanations immediately put me at ease, and I felt I was in the hands of a true professional. He performed the procedure confidently and with great care. Even though it was the end of his workday, he never rushed and addressed every concern I had. The relief was immediate — my thumb felt better right after the procedure, and I am genuinely grateful for the help I received. I want to thank Dr. Krenzer, Michael and Valencia (front desk) for their professionalism, kindness, and compassion. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent care they provided.

What a Fabulous place!! Exactly what I needed when I sliced open my hand while cooking! PA Sule S. took such excellent care of me; she calmed all my fears immediately! Michael, her assistant, was a great help, also. Thank you for a job well done!😇
