Very nice, caring and professional staff. The doctor was very precise and clear on my diagnosis and after visit treatment and care. He did not rush through my appointment which made me feel valued. Clean facility. Doctor and staff all wore masks which I appreciated. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.

Super fast! Very nice staff and good doctor too! They were quick and efficient. Definitely will go back when in need of any further medical assistance.

Fantastic experience. I’m from off island and hurt my foot, attended this urgent care centre and was blown away. Everyone I interacted with was beyond friendly, informative, and impactful. Excellent customer service, excellent care, and excellent response times with little waiting. If you need medical care, would highly recommend going to this location. Big thank you to everyone for their help and care they provided me.

Best urgent care in Hawaii hands down. I’ve come here multiple times and every single time has been quick and extremely helpful. The nurses and doctors are absolutely amazing highly recommended! Thanks for everything 🙏🏽

Decided to go here based on Google reviews and am so happy I did! When I went in, there was no wait, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the the doctor I saw asked all the right questions and was an amazing listener. Not your typical healthcare experience in today's day and age. Thank you, Dr. Pummer, for standing out as a genuinely kind and caring doctor which is honestly so hard to come by these days!
