Amazing!!! So glad we found this place. They accept our insurance, front office staff and the Doctor were hospitable, kind, and helped my 15 month old be seen same day. She even got an organic frozen popsicle at the end. They promptly sent her scripts to the Longs right across from them. It was super easy to make an appt and get seen. This will be our go to for our kids!!

We had an excellent experience at Keiki Urgent Care from start to finish! It was very easy to make an appointment online, and I loved being able to fill out all the forms online ahead of time. They’re open after hours, which is a lifesaver when your pediatrician is unavailable and you don’t wanna deal with the hassles of the ER. We were seen right away—no wait at all. The nurses were so friendly and made my child feel really comfortable. Dr. Pan was amazing—very kind bedside manner, thorough, and took the time to explain everything regarding my child’s illness and how to navigate through it. I appreciated that this urgent care is just for kids, so the whole environment feels more relaxed and geared toward them. Plus, there’s plenty of parking and a Longs Drugs right there at Kahala Mall, which made everything even more convenient for picking up prescriptions. Definitely recommend and won’t hesitate bringing my kids here! What a life saver!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Keiki Urgent Care. We were visiting Honolulu from the Big Island and had no idea the clinic had just opened—we ended up being their very first patients! From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and truly amazing with kids. Check-in was quick and easy, and the wait was minimal, which was such a relief with two sick, uncomfortable children. The medical team was fantastic—they listened carefully, answered all our questions, and explained everything clearly so we knew exactly what was going on and what to do next. They were so gentle and compassionate with our kids, which helped them stay calm and made the whole visit much less stressful. You can tell they genuinely care about their little patients and their families. The facility was spotless, well organized, and very kid-friendly. We left feeling confident and taken care of, and I’m so grateful we found them while traveling. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and I highly recommend Keiki Urgent Care to any parent who needs fast, thoughtful, high-quality care for their child.

Best urgent care I’ve been to by a mile! Most urgent care visits take at least 2 hours, but we were seen immediately and Dr. Wang was super nice and great with our little one! So happy to have found such a great pediatric urgent care near us.

I recently took my daughter here and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment we walked in they were attentive, informative, and fast. But what really set them apart was the follow up. Dr. Pan checked in with us every single day until we could finally tell her everything was good. She didn’t just check in either, she continuously provided additional steps and remedies along the way as my daughter’s condition developed. When my daughter needed another prescription Dr. Pan was right there and took care of it. Then when the pharmacy wasn’t receiving it she went out of her way, after hours, still answering texts, to make sure it got handled. That is not something you see everywhere. That is genuine care. Honestly the only unfortunate part is that this is an urgent care because I would love for Dr. Pan to be my daughter’s primary care provider. If you need your kids taken care of this is the place. Outstanding.
