Developed a sinus infection while traveling in Hawaii and was able to get a same-day telehealth appointment. The doctor was informative, professional, and sent my prescription to a nearby pharmacy immediately. Medication worked quickly and I’m feeling much better. Extremely smooth experience — highly recommend.

Wow, Dr. Vu gave compassionate, quick, clear help through telehealth services. HE even answered the phone, himself! Our insurance isn't accepted in Hawaii, but he offers a reasonable fee and sent the prescription to a pharmacy that is close to our hotel. We were also able to text back and forth to clarify questions! Thank you so much, Dr. Vu!

I’m incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism Dr. Vu Nghiem provided to my mom through his telemedicine services in Hawaii. When we couldn’t get an in-person doctor’s appointment for over two months, Dr. Nghiem stepped in and helped us right away—through a simple phone consultation. The service was fast, smooth, and most importantly, compassionate. He really took the time to listen to my mom’s concerns, offered helpful advice, and made her feel cared for even from a distance. It’s not easy to find doctors who are both efficient and genuinely kind these days, but Dr. Nghiem is clearly one of them. Highly recommend him to anyone needing urgent or virtual care in Hawaii, especially when traditional appointments aren’t available!
