This is the absolute worst "urgent care " u can go to. I took my 9 year old in @ 10:30am this morning with an injury, they did an xray, sent us home and told us I would get a call in an hour or so with the results to see if anything is broken. It's 6:30pm. I have called 3 times and have been told 3 times that an URGENT request was put in to call me back and still nothing. They wouldn't even transfer me to the urgent care dept bc "they are busy seeing patients". News flash I am a patient and still waiting for someone to simply look at an xray and give me a simple answer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! NOTHING URGENT about this. I woulda got faster answer at an ER!

If you need immediate care, do not bother going to this location. The NP, Michelle McClure, is functionally useless. She obtains all her information about you from the medical assistant and does not ask a single question of her own, let alone, complete any form of a physical assessment. I have been here twice and both times I was turned away in seconds, stating they could not help me. Mind you, the first time was because I had pelvic pain, and the second time was because I had heartburn and wanted medication. Her rationale that, "this should be prescribed by your primary care doctor" is ridiculous. I work at an immediate care and we prescribe patients Pantoprazole all the time with the expectation that they follow-up with their PCP. This shows she is an inept provider and should find employment elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible experience with their urgent care. I brought my husband for extreme ear pain at 11:45 AM and during the examination the nurse practitioner showed a lack of care for my husband's pain by being very rough with the examination tool with no warning. We got a script for an antibiotic sent to our pharmacy and we heard nothing back until 12:30, when I called them and asked about the medication. Eventually I went in person to the pharmacy and they said there was a problem with the script and that it might take several hours to be filled, and after calling them multiple times they said it was because there was a mistake in the instructions, and that they could not fill that prescription if the instructions were unclear. I called the hospital and asked them to contact the person who saw us as the pharmacy had tried to get in touch with them, but received no response, and after multiple calls and no updates I went back to the urgent care in person at 6:30 PM to ask them to fix it. I never saw the nurse practitioner, but another staff told me she was "fixing it right now" and did not give me any paper proof, instead telling me to go back to the pharmacy. When I got there, they told me that the nurse practitioner sent the exact same script with the exact same mistake, and that they still couldn't fill it. It took over 2 hours of back and forth calls with the hospital and several "high priority" messages sent to their urgent care team to get a different doctor to contact the pharmacist, and we finally got the script changed and filled at 10 PM. My husband was in extreme pain for over 10 HOURS over a mistake the nurse practitioner made, and there was absolutely no communication from urgent care, to the point where the people on the line from the hospital were finding it strange. Absolutely would not recommend going here for urgent care if this is their standard. Bless the people who helped us along the way, the hospital call staff, the pharmacist, and the doctor who eventually gave us the new prescription, because they were incredibly helpful. But my husband was still suffering with a worsening infection over the negligence of the nurse practitioner. Horrible experience overall.

I was hesitant about my visit, based on reviews. However, checking in was a breeze & pleasant. Wait time was no longer than 15 minutes. I was able to be seen Dr. Clari-Selli (spelling?) who was AMAZING! She took her time with me, affirmed me & was very personable. Bedside manner 10 stars! I would absolutely come back if needed!

Negative infinity stars. Came in for tooth pain and couldn't open my mouth. The NP for some reason laughed at me for not being able to open my jaws. Spent 3 mins in total and gave me 10 penicillin pills. Got charged $254 for the shittiest attitude I've ever seen from a healthcare worker.
