AVOID!!!!!!! FRAUDULENT!!! SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! I think they are in the business of just prescribing Adderall and when I did not meet the criteria, they didn't feel a need to treat me. Clear Immediate Rip Off!!! I went out of my way to visit this office. Paid there fees met with a physician's assistant answered a ton of questions. And then they never got back to me. Completely ignored me. Apparently they have no intention of treating me. No follow-up! No diagnosis! No treatment! Nada!! They may be fraudulent! I intend to report them. I don't think they ever intended to help me The owner thanked for a 5 star review! Which is either a bad attempt at sarcasm or they didn't read the review. Another failure!!!

Gosh I have so many wonderful things to say about Clear Wellness. If you are looking for kind and professional health care professionals look no further! I love Clear Wellness overall but I ESPECIALLY love my most recent experience with Rosie!!! I cannot say enough about her. I went in for flu symptoms during my visit she informed me that Clear Wellness wasn’t just urgent care that I could make them my primary care doctors office. I only go to them when I have an issue as I’m newish to the city and I wish I knew a year ago I could have made them my primary. Rosie also told me that they could help with my weight loss goals as well. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional I hope to see her every time that I have an appointment! She truly is a gem and an asset to Clear Wellness and because of her I now have a primary care provider!! Thank you Rosie

I had a really disappointing experience with Clear Wellness Group. When I initially booked my appointment, I was told they accepted my insurance. Then, the morning of my appointment, I received a call saying they actually don’t accept it—leaving me stuck and scrambling last minute. Because of that, I ended up paying close to $500 out of pocket for what was supposed to be a routine physical. To make matters worse, they didn’t even run a full blood panel, which made the cost feel completely unjustified. While Julia, the PA, was great—professional and kind—the overall experience with the practice was frustrating. The facility itself felt run down and not well-maintained, which didn’t inspire much confidence. Between the insurance miscommunication, high out-of-pocket cost, and incomplete services, the whole experience felt misleading and not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. Do your due diligence and don’t get scammed like I did.

Been coming here for the past 6 years, truly the best urgent care in Chicago. They are fast, kind and attentive. It’s hard to find a place that really cares, so I’m very grateful for the Clear Wellness team☺️☺️

Biggest mistake coming here. I came here to get my testosterone levels checked. My blood pressure was a little high and I explained to them that I just finished working out and had consumed a pre workout. Next thing you know they’re giving me an ekg. After reading previous reviews they were pretty much accurate. Unnecessary services to bill my insurance. Receptionist was rude. But my nurse’s were exceptionally nice and helpful.
