I’ve gone to this location a handful of times in the last 4 years and it’s my go-to. Every female nurse/NP/PA in this office is SO kind and SO compassionate. They listen well, take your concerns seriously, and are efficient without rushing you. I will only ever go to this location!! Highly recommend. Shoutout to all the women that have taken care of me over the years!!!! (Most recent: PA Rashena was ✨amazing✨) They ALL deserve a raise!!!!!

I’ve been to this location several occasions in the last 5 years and never had an unsatisfactory experience. I saw Rashena NP last night and she listened to my medical complaints, diagnosed my symptoms, and provided me with a plan, suggestions, and prescription. The med tech who completed my vitals, throat and Covid swab was also very professional and efficient. The front desk personnel was also very welcoming and thorough in her instructions. All of this happened close to closing time and I didn’t feel rushed, they weren’t annoyed that I was one of their last cases like how other places can get, and I’ll continue to return to this location for future visits.

In a time where good healthcare is difficult to access, affordable (BCBS) and professional places like these are so important. In my past two visits regarding women’s health, I’ve had a great experience and was shown professionalism and kindness. Dustin Lamb and Jess were particularly supportive and knowledgeable when treating me. I appreciate the clean wait room too.

I came into the office very early and the staff was so pleasant from the moment I walked in! I hate that I can't remember their names but they really helped ease my worries for why I came in! Best Midwest hands down!! Keep up the amazing work ladies!!!

Second time coming today; first visit was for myself and I was treat with concern and respect! Second time which was today I came for my daughter and again greeted with a friendly smile and the nurse Jessica was awesome! Very social which I love when coming to any establishment; with a very nice personality. Thank you guys again!
