From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place cares. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and refreshingly down to earth. Everything was prompt and well-organized, and the space itself is pretty modern and inviting. I worked with Dr. Hyypolite, and she was outstanding. She’s highly skilled, easy to talk to, and really understands what she’s doing. She legit. As someone dealing with a knee issue, I felt completely confident in her care. If you’re involved in sports or live an active lifestyle, I’d especially recommend her since she has an athletic background herself.

Everyone at Innovative Care Express was very friendly and professional. The front desk staff were welcoming and informative, and the nurse who assisted me was fantastic. They definitely excel in customer service and professionalism — no complaints there. The issue was with the doctor I saw. I’ve been taking Adderall for almost 14 years, and have been on my current prescription for about the last 6–7 years. The doctor walked into the room and before he even sat down he immediately said, “I was surprised when I saw your script — I’ve never written one this high.” That immediately put me on the defensive. It’s a strange way to start a conversation, especially when you’re meeting a patient for the first time. From that point on, it was clear he had already made up his mind. He didn’t ask me any real questions about my situation or history. The only thing he asked was whether the medication affected my sleep — which it doesn’t — and I explained my nightly routine. My blood pressure and blood work are both healthy, so there’s no indication that my dosage is negatively affecting me. Still, none of that seemed to matter. The doctor’s attitude was basically, “This is my opinion, your doctor was wrong, and there’s nothing you can say to change my mind.” It reminded me of conversations where you realize, halfway through, that the other person isn’t actually listening — they’ve already decided how the conversation is going to end. Even though our interaction was polite and never tense, it felt like a waste of time. He made it clear from the start that he wouldn’t consider continuing my existing prescription, regardless of context. For that reason, I wouldn’t recommend Innovative Care Express for anyone looking for continuity of care or a doctor willing to understand your medical history before making a decision.

I had a great experience at Innovative Urgent Care. The service was excellent and very helpful from start to finish. The staff was extremely kind and professional. The nurse who took my blood was amazing—very gentle and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was friendly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all my questions. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend this place.

My provider, Lindsey was amazing, professional and efficient. She had a bedside manner that cannot be taught, such good emotional intelligence. I would love her to be my regular PCP and not an urgent care provider! The front desk was also so helpful and patient. And the MA/ RN that brought me back was so kind, smart and receptive. 10/10 recommend.

Don’t go here. Go literally anywhere else. After many years, I had finally found a doctor that I liked. Within months she moved to concierge medicine. I sucked it up and booked a physical with someone that I had never seen before. When I got to my 8am appointment they checked to make sure that I had fasted. I hadn’t because no one told me to when I booked my appointment so I had to come back the next day. When I came back, they made me go to the urgent care location because they had no lab techs in to do my bloodwork. Upon getting there, I waited about 45 minutes even though I had an appointment. After the wait someone finally took my blood samples. It has been 6 days with no results posted. No follow up. Nothing. I have reached out numerous times and no one can give me an answer as to when I will have my results. I have had many, many physicals and they have never takes more than 24 hours. Innovative Express Care simply does not care at all. Again, avoid this place.
