I’m glad I went here after reading the reviews for other Streeterville urgent cares. The front desk staff, nurse, PA, and radiologist I encountered were all very friendly, professional and had great bedside manner. I came in right when they opened for a sprained ankle and moved through the process without any upsetting delays or waiting. In and out in about 90 minutes for sprain requiring X-rays. As I left I did notice a very packed waiting room with someone asking the receptionist how much longer the wait would be.

I had a positive experience. Nathan was friendly and Knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my condition and provided a reasonable treatment plan that allowed me to enjoy the remainder of my time in Chicago. Other than his poor taste in sports teams, I would recommend his care to anyone.

We could not have had a better experience with the doctor and the clinic. We each needed a medical certificate in a hurry for an application for a visa. The clinic is clean, spacious, and has a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff is courteous and helpful. The doctor is kind and puts you at ease. She is very thorough. Our certificates were accepted without question at our visa interview. We were extremely pleased.

The care from the team here was top notch! everyone was patient and kind, knowledgeable and professional. I felt taken care of after such whirlwind circumstances had me making a sudden appointment. I'm grateful to the team for their help!

The wait was a bit long (a little more than an hour) so take care when budgeting arrival and departure times. That being said, this was probably one of the nicest nurse/doctor pairs I’ve ever met in my life. Really sweet and warm. I suspect the long wait times are because they seem to take their time and provide really superb bedside manners. X-rays are on site.
