Had an appointment but was late due to traffic (I called ahead to inform them) they were very polite and understanding. Once I arrived the facility was very clean, the young ladies at the desk were friendly and polite. I didn’t have a long wait before being called back. The doctor was very nice, asked a lot of questions (which most don’t). No one ever wants to be in urgent care, however my overall experience was very pleasant.

I went here tonight to get treatment for a dog bite as it was one of only a few urgent cares in Chicago open on Saturday evening. It's right in the Roosevelt Collection which has a huge parking lot, and thankfully they validate your parking. It was super quiet and basically empty when I arrived, save for the woman working doing intake. She was very kind and professional and the intake was fast and easy. After I filled out the forms I had a seat and not even two minutes later a nurse took me back to a room to take my vitals. She rinsed out the wound and then left and a minute later the doctor came in. She explained it was good that I came in even though the wound was small because without antibiotics it was likely to get infected. She prescribed me a course of preventative antibiotics and let me know to come back if it got worse. I'm sure I was lucky to get there when it was quiet and not at all busy, but overall my experience was ideal and exactly what I had hoped for. I'll definitely be going back to this location if I need to go to urgent care again in the future.

Northwestern Medicine directs you to contact your "care team" via MyChart for follow-up questions, but there is no way to contact any provider from any of their Immediate Care facilities that I have ever visited, using MyChart. This makes it functionally impossible to ask a follow-up question. I confirmed with a family member that they have the same issue. That's really unreasonable. Providers and patients are imperfect. People make mistakes and misunderstand things. Treatment doesn't always work as intended, isn't always taken as directed. Really simple communication sometimes obliterates these problems. But only if you can actually do it.

Beware for patient pickups – this facility is located in a commercial development (The Roosevelt Collection) with automated parking enforcement that appears to treat time on the road as parking, even when a vehicle does not occupy a marked or signed space. There are cameras near the intersection that capture license plates, and I was notified by mail of an $87 charge for unauthorized parking despite not having parked. The two-star review for Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care reflects the limited assistance provided when I contacted the clinic. I was advised to look up the phone number for The Roosevelt Collection and contact them myself, but no further guidance or support was offered.

I came at the last minute and they still took me . The staff was so friendly and genuine . Dr Tatiana Doyle has great bedside manner and was thorough !
