I had a really positive experience here. I came in with severe hoarseness right before an important work presentation, and the team was able to get me in and out quickly. While they took a thoughtful and cautious approach to treatment, they truly listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a solution. I ended up receiving a steroid shot and felt significantly better the next day. I really appreciated how respectful, efficient, and attentive everyone was. It made a stressful situation so much easier — thank you to the whole team!

Today, I accompanied my wife to see a doctor. I dropped her off 15 minutes before the last registration and left to park. I got back a minute after the last registration. The doors were locked but I could see two guys up front. The two guys in the front were more like bouncers than medical staff. They would not let me in at first, ignoring my knocks. This was frustrating. I got in the first door. Bouncer number one rudely told me they were closed. I told them my wife was in there. They reluctantly let me in. Then I told them I wanted to see my wife. After quizzing me unnecessarily, they told me I could not see her because she was with the doctor. I told them that it was therefore more imperative to see her because I had important medical information relative to my wife’s diagnosis. I was able to get back and had to look for the examining room on my own. When I got in, my wife was very glad to see me. The doctor (a PA actually) was unable to make a definitive diagnosis because they did not have the proper equipment. But at least she was nice. While it beat going to the ER, the experience was not a customer friendly one. I can see why this facility gets low marks.

I don’t understand the negative reviews! Everyone has their own experience, but my own was very good. I came in today with discomfort in my right ear that’s been going on since Thursday! It felt clogged, was ringing or pulsating sometimes, and I couldn’t hear out of it very well at all! The front desk lady that checked me in was super nice. The doctor who saw me was very nice as well! He was very young(looked in his 20s or 30s), but knowledgeable, caring, and kind! He took a look at my ear, and turns out I had ear wax build up! We cleaned that out, and I left hearing/feeling better and with some relief! So embarrassing though! 😭🤣

The wait time was long, but it was thoroughly explained to me why once I was taken back which I appreciated it! Brenda Ruiz was who saw me and I was amazed by her level of knowledge and professionalism. She not only listened to the issue I was in for but took into consideration the bigger picture. We did several different tests to rule out a variety of possible issues. Even though there were many patients waiting to be seen, I never once felt like I was being rushed through.

Was here yesterday and my experience was fantastic. Nominal wait time to be attended to and all my diagnostics was done promptly with results available in couple of hours. The entire staff right from front desk, to technicians & the attending doctor was all courteous, patient and polite and walked me through everything.
